Had dinner there. Nice atmosphere, music, younger crowd on the weekends. Interesting menu selections and food is good... a little pricey but upscale in the small town of Camden. Would definitely recommend this restaurant!!

The staff was very accommodating, the food was really good, we had a great grouper dish that night. We were very happy. It was a cheerful atmosphere and everything worked out great for us.

Friendly and quaint. Interesting craft beer choices. Try the Purple Haze infused with raspberries for a fruity, subtle flavor. Recommend the cedar planked salmon and tomato basil crab bisque. Bread and dipping sauce was bland...

Phenomenal taste to this salmon-a-plank. I do not know what the dipping sauce is but it is extremely good (order extra). Decent prices and good wine list, right on main road in town and in middle of all antique shopping.

SK's was a very pleasant surprise! Quaint, energetic, friendly upscale but down to earth respite from the road. We ordered the pork chops and the grouper. Both were delicious! Our waitress, Kelly, was excellent and personable. When visiting Camden, SK's is a must!

We have had the opportunity to dine at Sam Kendall's several times over the past year and always find the food and staff to be top caliber. Steaks are always served perfect to order and portion size is ample, seafood is fresh and well seasoned. Love the brick walls and historical charm of this restaurant as well. If you are... More

An excellent Allagash tripel beer and an equally good French 75 cocktail. Scallops with pancetta and the tomato-basil-blue-crab soup: delicious, especially the scallops. Mediocre bread and a merely average ice-cream-sundae-type dessert. Pleasant atmosphere of the dark-wood variety. Good lighting and design.

There was not much to chose from at 9:30pm on a Friday night in Camden unless it was fast food or chain restaurant. I always like to try local places when I travel. My dad and I found this place and was surprised at the atmosphere. The wait staff and hostess was very friendly and the food was excellent. We... More
