Been here countless times with my family. Have always enjoyed the service and food. Small location not huge, believe family owned which is always nice. Always return for more and highly recommend to anyone!

We were really looking forward to going back to Walnuts. Last yr we had a great breakfast & overall great time. Husb's bacon was way overcooked/server didn't "check back" w/ us - restaurant is very small, so just looking over her shoulder would have helped...She was ready to give bill/was saying she'd deduct bacon cost...when bill arrived, bacon was not... If you read the reviews you think you're going to a restaurant for dinner. This is, at best, a slightly upscale diner. No ambience. Paper table covers. Oh, and the food. The least expensive appetizer on the menu was $10.00. The red beet special was overcooked and soft. The lobster tower was a combo of a little lobster(not sweet), potatoe... More

The reatuarant is in a strip mall in a mainly industrial area. But don't let the location deter you - it is a good place. Breakfast menu not extensive but the food is good. Get the grits, and the biscuits are good. The omelettes are ok but nothing special - the various Benedicts are a better choice. The coffee is... More

Looked for a place for lunch while out and about shopping in Bluffton. Came across this small establishment and decided to give it a try. Glad we did. Nice assortment of choices. I opted for the fried oyster salad. A generous 7 or 8 medium oysters fried in a light cornmeal batter, over a generous mixed greens salad with a... More

My wife and I stopped in for lunch on 3/22 and had a great time. We arrived at about 12:20pm and found the relatively small place full but with one last table open. We were seated promptly and provided with menus. The waitress was very busy but found time to take our orders and bring drinks. She stopped by to... More

We finally tried Walnuts for dinner. We go there often for lunch but they have just recently started opening for dinner. I can't put it in words how excellent this meal was. Fresh salad, to start and ended with "chocolate hazelnut creme brûlée. Sooooooooo good!!

Located in the back of an unassuming strip mall off the main drag, Walnuts is anything but ordinary. We went to Walnuts Cafe to celebrate my mother's birthday. They were able to accommodate our large lunch party (7), and gave us a nice table in the back. The lunch offerings were excellent. Classic comfort foods with a gourmet twist. My... More

My husband read about this Bluffton restuarant on line so we decided to try it for breakfast this monring. The menu selections showed great promise and imagination. I ordered one of the Sunday brunch specials which was a horseradish and citrus pork tenderloin eggs benedict variation. It was unbelievably delicious with a great balance of flavors. My husband ordered a... More

We really enjoyed the food. It is a very cute place with good and different food. I wasn't sure if I was going to like their soup of the day and they let me try it first. It was delicious.
