My husband and I have been to many different Outback's and this one is at the very bottom! The first time we went,we sat at the bar. My husband ordered the prime rib and I the filet. Didn't seem like a confusing order but it obviously was. They tried to pass off a ribeye as the prime rib-when confronted the... More

After waiting 10 minutes for service at the bar my boyfriend and I decided to get a table. Once seated we still waited 10 minutes for a server. As the manager sat on her phone, most of the servers ignored us until Shannon came over. We felt like we didn't exist until we spoke to her. Mediocre visit at best!

I think they have a new slogan for their commercials! We have been to outback several times over the past few years. If there was a time machine to go back to 2012 Outback of Bluffton, I'd do it. I think after tonight's list of shenanigans, we won't be back. The quality of service and food has gradually slipped down... More

Used to be, Outback Steakhouse was a mid-price, family-friendly place for dinner. We were traveling through this area and thought Outback would be a good sit-down dinner for two adults and two young teens without shelling out too much. Wow! Outback has changed. Now it's all dark and loud with "real steakhouse" prices. Two Cokes, two lemonades, one salad, one... More

Steaks were pretty good. Ribs were better. Atmosphere was nice and up scale. for a chain. Requiring over 100 characters for a franchise is asking a bit much

Until this last visit, this was one of my favorite restaurants. Last Friday, we had a party of four and the other couple decided to split the Filet. This is normal for them; they are seniors and eat very little. I had the grilled Chicken Salad. The filet was cut in half sideways and over cooked. My chicken was pre-cooked... More

We arrived and were seated at a table for six. The noise level at the restaurant is so you cannot talk and hear responses. The appetizer arrived with cold and soggy french fries and "some"cheese. The portions of the meals were small and not extremely good. My salmon was a small piece without any thought of a marinade or dip... More

It's been awhile since I've been in an Outback and may be a while till I visit again. I sat at the bar for easily 10 minutes until noticed-but then I wasn't a regular, apparently the requirement. Food was fair and service- well, it didn't get a lot better.

My wife and I decided we wanted a good steak so we went to Outback and ordered two Victoria's Filet!!! What was pictured and what we got was totally different!!! We called over the manager to ask why the filet looked like a three quarter inch sirloin instead of a thick juicy filet, we were told that the cooks put... More

My family and I decided to have dinner at Outback in Bluffton on New Years Eve. Yes I know its a busy night and yes I know we should have made a reservation, but we took the risk. When we first arrived we were told that the wait was 30 to 45 minutes. We waited an hour and fifteen minutes.... More
