We have something to share. Nachos and Sunday football at the local pub. See why folks stop in to enjoy a beer, bloody Mary or soda with friendly staff and customers!

We have frequented this restaurant at least a handful of times or more because it's convenient to our home. The food is VERY average, but the servers are rude and the food takes an inordinate amount of time to arrive. A hamburger with fries & fish tacos took 1 hour and 15 minutes & the restaurant was half empty. The... More

My wife and I went there last night for dinner. Our first impression was that they were very busy. The second thing was the horrible noise level, it was difficult to carry on a normal conversation. We both had the blackened prime rib, both servings were overcooked but still tasty. The biggest disappointment was the salad. Both of them were... More

This place was close to our hotel, so we gave it a go. While the crowd is definitely of the retirement variety, the food certainly wasn't. I had the fried chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy, and it was delicious! The selection of beer is great, and prices were very reasonable.

Great casual dining experience with very good service and good pub grub and very reasonable prices. Save room for dessert or go next door to Jack Frost for ice cream like we did - yummy coffee ice cream.

This place is within golf cart distance from Sun City, and away from town itself. So needless to say, while you can bring a family or a date, you'll be alone. Probably a good place to meet friends that live in sun city after a fun day of retirement life. It has drinks and live music. You won't be impressed... More

My sister and I stopped by last night after arriving in Sun City. We were referred to okatie ale house by a local. There is a band there almost every night. The owner, Tim, went to U of Delaware (where we are from) so we made fast friends. He was our bartender and super friendly and informative. This is the... More

This is one of my favorite places to eat and one we always bring our visitors to. We have never brought anyone there who hasn't asked to be taken there again on their next visit. You know a restaurant is good when there is a line no matter what night you go there but the wait has never been long... More

We heard from several of our friends how great the fish was at the Ale House. We tried it on Friday night. We were not disappointed. The fish was grouper encased in a light breading. More like seasoned bread crumbs. Very, very good! There were way too many French fries. The service was excellent and it was very busy on... More

Their burgers are good but the sound level is so high that you could not have a conversation across the table to save your life. A typical bar atmosphere with noise and such.
