Nice place to stop and enjoy the view

We visited Panini's during lunch and were seated on the second floor near the window. We had a lovely view of the waterfront without having to deal with the outside heat. Our waitress was very friendly and took the time to ask us about our trip and gave us recommendations for things to do and see... read more

Great personal pizzas that are a bit out of the ordinary and you can even customize the toppings. The building looks like a bank building with tall columns outside! You can see the pizza maker throw the dough and place your pizza right in the oven! Lovely experience.

We always enjoy Panini's and usually go there when the weather is nice. They have a great view and excellent pizzas. Very consistent quality and nice service

We dropped in on A Friday night for a quick meal, and ended up staying for a longer time...just enjoying the atmosphere. We especially liked watching the two Chefs working to make our custom pizza in their big wood fire grill. Great Italian Cuisine.

Husband and I had dinner here at recommendations of locals. Started with calamari- best I've ever had! Don't let the "almond crusted" scare you off! Is beautifully battered and fried with just a hint of almond sweetness! for our meals, I had the carne pizza which was devine and full of flavor! Hubby had the surf and turf cheesesteak sandwich.... The antipasto was great. It went downhill from there. The place was cold and not very crowded. The linguine with clams was mediocre. I've had better at Carabba's. Server was nice but could have been more help in making suggestions as to menu favorites. I wouldn't go back if I was in the area again.

We got the wrong items in our order, not once but twice. The food was borderline inedible. And the waitress just shrugged. Go elsewhere.

We sat on the patio across from the riverwalk ... great place to people watch ...we were afraid the chairs were going to fall apart since all of them had seats that were frayed and ripping ...the food was good but nothing I would rave about...our drink order was messed up but corrected after awhile.

The Panini in Beaufort is in an old bank building. The restaurant was once known as The Bank. A few years ago they became a Panini. Each visit has been more disappointing than the last. Tonight was no exception. The House Salad supposedly had a tomato dressing, but since it was dry, we asked for some ranch dressing. The bread... More

I can't say enough about the food and the service! I even asked for the card of the person who served (Darrel). He was polite and came back several times to ask how the food was (excellent) and refill our drinks etc. The decor is wonderful and historic. The food was terrific. The price was reasonable and we all left... More
