As a resident of Beaufort, Bricks is always a welcome change to chain restaurants. The Mac Daddy is always a favorite and so much food, almost impossible to eat at once. Plenty of televisions to watch the games. Directly across from the National Cemetary, it is a pleasant spot to spend the afternoon.

Had a Chicago beef sandwich for the 1st time. Got to say it was amazing. However unless your one of those people who can eat a 10 lb burger. I would split. It was huge. All their menu items are big portions. Our waitress Myranda gave us great service.

Have been vacationing in Beaufort for 4 years and just found this place. Looks like a typical bar from the outside...do not let that fool you! Great atmosphere and the food is fantastic! Be prepared to take half home with you. Kevin was our server and he is fabulous. Watching the other servers, they all were so pleasant and friendly.... More

I understand why prices have to go up due to the cost of everything else increasing but when you raise your prices raise or maintain your standards also. We went yesterday on 7/23/2014 @ 4:30 pm and were the only customers in the dining area. Our service was terrible. My wife and I ordered two apps ( the firied pickles... More

We came to Beufort to sight see as we like to get off of the island and all of the people. Actually, we were looking for the BBq place. When we finally found it, it said it wasn't open. My husband thought that this place looked good and I am so glad we stopped. The portions are huge and the... More

Late lunch on a Saturday, during a festival weekend, and the sandwiches were good and reasonably priced The service was deplorable: 10 minutes for a bottle of beer, sides not served with sandwich, and a ton of tables that had not been cleared after patrons left. Also saw tables that were eventually cleared being cleaned with blue glass cleaner (not... More

My husband and I enjoyed our visit. The food was great, hot, and ample amount. The $10 lunch specials were numerous, includes beverage and tax! He had pulled pork sandwich he had to eat with a fork! I had the flounder served with DELICIOUS lima bean blue cheese coleslaw.Who'd have thought?? Our waitress Shannon was wonderful-attentive and even got us directions to our... More

First of all, the restaurant is directly across the street from the National Cemetery. A stroll after lunch or before dinner is a must. I read the portions were large. They are. Very. My husband and I shared the Mac Daddy mac and cheese (elbow macaroni, wonderful sauce, ham, bacon, tomatoes) and still had leftovers. It could easily feed three... More
