Breakfast Shrimp and Grits were very good. Lots of shrimp, creamy grits, and covered with cheddar cheese. As we left, Tom Berenger came in and sat at a table near us. He had been in town the night before to present the Beaufort Film Festival Lifetime Acheivement Award. Great location and a favorite of the local folks. More

Great place to grab a sandwich...nice folks, too. it is down a side street in what might have been an old hardware or department store. The atmosphere is quaint, good food. More

A good old fashioned breakfast that makes you feel like a local. Must try the corned beef hash with fried eggs and a biscuit. I'm hungry just thinking about it. The relaxed atmosphere is as wonderful as the food. More

Delcious shrimp and grits. Very good food! I liked the casual and laid back atmosphere of the place. Would return again for another meal. More

We found the name of this restaurant from the Jane and Michael Stern Roodfood Web site. The corned beef hash was made from scratch and the biscuit the best we have ever eaten--a little crusty on the outside, flaky and tender on the inside. It is a simple place and the food is served simply. Delicious for what it was,... More

This restaurant was good for a quick lunch. The setting is quaint but could be a little more homey. The food was OK, nothing great but not bad. More

My dining companion had the corned beef hash breakfast which she said is like "dog food for humans." I had a two egg breakfast with sausage, toast, and grits. The sausage patties were super thin, very dry, and burned badly. The toast was dry. The grits weren't creamy and totally lackluster (they tasted exactly like the grits at Waffle House... More
