Great place

One of the best burgers I have ever eaten. The flavor was like no other and the price was certainly right. I asked the server what flavoring they used. She would not or could not respond. I guess it's a tightly guarded family secret!

My husband and I have been to the Beaufort area several times and always make a stop at Lowcountry Produce. We've eaten there for both breakfast/brunch and lunch. They have high ceilings and unique farm-style décor with plenty of pastries and other goodies to purchase. The wait staff are always attentive and quick - we've ordered several items from their... We eat here regularly on Friday nights when The Sweetgrass Angels are performing. It's a friendly place with great entertainment on certain nights. The food is good.

This building now a restaurant, was the former post office. We had breakfast there - blueberry pancakes which were tasty and grits that were pretty good; good service. It amazed me how they transformed a former post office into a restaurant/produce market. Really, it didn't seem too much like a produce market - they did have a few bins of... More

Revisited Lowcountry Produce to see if things were less hectic on a weekday versus a Sunday. Still no hostess, but plenty of open tables. We seated ourselves and a passing server soon noticed us. Even with fewer customers, the restaurant was still noisy due to the acoustics in the building. Everything that we ordered was available this time and we... More

Yummy, yummy, yummy!! Had sausage gravy on cheddar bisquit one day and French toast the next. Purchased granola to take home as gifts. Also sold sweets and local produce. Friendly service too!

We stopped here to grab lunch and had a delicious and cheap burger! We also had a delicious, fresh breakfast here the next morning and I bought a jar of fresh Gazpacho and a jar of homemade salted caramel. The staff here is super friendly and great. Would definitely go back!

Only open for breakfast and lunch but the food is very good and the atmosphere is very nice. Seat yourself but the wait person is there quickly to serve you. Floor to ceiling shelves stacked with jars of food along with other foods that can be purchased besides the food you order for your table.

Came here for breakfast on a recent Friday morning. WE are early risers so for us to wait until it opened at 8 was a chore. However the wait was worth it we had the egg and biscuit sandwich which was great. Biscuit fluffy and egg cooked just right. Also had basic two eggs and bacon that I elected to... More

I stopped in to Lowcountry Produce for lunch on a recent visit to Beaufort. I ordered the Ooey Gooey sandwich and it was delicious. I also loved the broccoli and raisin salad side dish. I wasn't sure which side to order and after the waitress told me the choices and I said the broccoli she told me it was very... More
