This is an old-fashioned diner currently owned and run by the daughter of the woman who started it. Most people, I think, go there for breakfast but they also have a lunch which is the only time I have eaten there. Their cheeseburgers are delicious and cooked to order, if you ask. The other dishes are also good. By the... More

Family owned and now run by the daughter who worked with mom to bring real diner food to the area. You always are greeted by the servers as a member of the family and once you have gone they never forget you. Food is wholesome, well prepaired and low price. Alway served at the correct temp. hot or cold foods are... More

Read the prior reviews and decided to give the place a shot. I prefer diners as opposed to chain restaurants to get a sense of local flair, generally broader menu selections, and since diners are a big part of Americana . We arrived early Sunday and waited for the place to open. Griddle was hot with a mountain of home... More

Great breakfast. Old and not pretty but not expensive either. Great home homemade cornbread. The day we were there it was blueberry cornbread. Worth a stop for that alone. Great staff with a sense of humor. Like traveling back to 1945...in a good way.

My husband and I LOVE the Jefferson Diner on Jefferson Blvd. in Warwick RI. They should have called it "CHEERS.......where everybody knows your name"! Great food and prices wonderful service, very attentive. So welcoming - a throwback to the way things were. You will love coming here. Kellie, the owner, has to be the friendliest restauranteur in the country.

This is a classic diner experience with old style prices. A few booths, stools at the counter, crispy bacon for breakfast, eggs any style, Bill for our group was less that breakfast for two and a "chain" place. Small town feel, nice people, like being home.

This is the real deal. Well-seasoned grill, padded chrome stools, short order maestra wielding the spatula, charming waitstaff. Great prices, bottomless coffee; we were even awarded a complimentary round of the excellent cornbread. I may someday get up and drive the hundred miles just for the blueberry pancakes.

We visit the Warwick area annually and always plan a breakfast stop at the diner. Great good, great prices, and great staff. Recommend adding to your places to eat list if in the area.
