Recently went here after trying to purchase a groupon which was sold out. Looked at their menu which looked interesting. Wasn't disappointed at all. Went first with my daughter for their $39.95 special offered on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Comes with shared appetizer (plenty big enough for two). We had mussels in a bacon wine sauce, salad (mixed greens with tasty... More

This is my favorite by far! The food is great quality and prepared well. I love that it is byob and the menu is changed often.

We decided to try Sophia's based on other trip advisor reviews and it did not disappoint! We enjoyed our dinner so much on Friday that we chose to go back on Saturday with friends who were also in town. The eggplant roll ups, pan seared scallops with tomato flavored white beans, Tuscan chicken, pesto pizza, and gnocchi were all perfectly... More

Went on a Saturday evening with my wife and another couple before the theater. Glad we had reservations as virtually every table was full. Slightly noisy but otherwise very nice ambiance. Mentioned to our waiter (Tyler) that we had theater tickets and he was extremely helpful to be sure we got out in time while not making us feel rushed.... More

Went with family of four and highly suggest reservations. Luckily there was table open as it is a small restaurant and gets filled up easily. Staff is very friendly and service was excellent. Had their eggplant & calamari appertizer that was delicous. We all ordered a seafood pasta plate and it was just average. The pasta was done right and... More

Everyone had a pasta dish and they were all great. Calamari was tender and lightly breaded. Antipasta was also very good. Desserts looked amazing, but we were all full. I would definitely go again.

This was my first visit here, and I was very impressed! It was very crowded, and we went up the road for a drink while waiting the 45 minutes for our table. There's really nowhere to wait here, and even the bar seats are by reservation. This is a BYOB place (they charge a $2 corking fee PP), so we... More

My partner and I shared an antipasto, which was prepared with mild salad greens, Italian salami and various meats, cheeses, tomatoes, chick peas, sweet peppers -mild Italian dressing-fresh and scrumptious. We then shared a veal parmesan dinner which included two large pieces of crispy veal and a side of pasta with perfectly prepared tomato sauce. Sophia's is also a byob,... More

Didn't know what to get so waitress recommended the eggplant dish....fried over pasta with an excellent pesto sauce. Really tasty. The marinara / tomato sauce over the pasta was Wow! BYO wine....makes it an economical dinner.

This was a Sunday morning breakfast visit, the only day they serve breakfast. My wife had crepes with nutella and starwberries and I had a special eggs benedict with very thick hand cut bacon. We were both very satisfied with our meals. The bacon was almost a half inch thick, but was so tender, it practically melted in my mouth!... More
