When we joined BJ.s a few months ago we received a $50.00 restaurant.com gift certificate. It was impossible to find a place that accepted it. Finally, when I wanted to get together with friends in Warwick I thought it looked interesting so I finally was able to use 25.00 toward a meal. Though it was in a strip mall, as... More

Elizabeth of Portofino is wonderful place of have dinner, relax and enjoy the best cuisine in Rhode Island, and its staff is just wonderful. Our son & Daughter-in-laws wedding was held at Portofino's and it was just lovely. Elizabeth pays attention to detail, and it show in everything she does. She could not have made the wedding any more special... More

Portofino Tuscan Grill certainly hits the mark on cuisine and staff! The chicken parm was moist and delicious and probably the best I've ever had in RI. The risotto and large scallops were mouth watering and left me wanting a second helping. The wait staff was friendly and accommodating and went out of their way to make our mom feel... More

My daughter and I stopped here to eat on our recent visit to Rhode Island. The restaurant sits in a tiny "strip and smaller" parking lot off of Post Road...so don't just drive by. You really have to stop and eat here. RI is known for having some of the best Italian food and I actually think that Portofino can... More

If you want excellent Italian food in a somewhat suprising location, I suggest you try Elizabeths Portofinos. Admittedly I am a critical diner but I have no problem suggesting this restaurant for it's excellent food. If I lived closer than 2 hours away I'd be back often to try most items on their menu as it was a great offering... More

Elizabeth is the new owner and doing a terrific job! Delicious salmon, steak & calamari specials as well as lobster ravioli. Citrus risotto was so good! Yummy fresh bread served with warm roasted garlic. Waiter was fantastic. Can't wait to return.

My wife and I go here often for a special occassion. We've been coming for years and the food is always good but every time we go, they give us stale or reheated bread. It always has a hard stale outside. We've asked for new bread and just get another basket of more stale or reheated bread. It's too bad... More

My husband and I went to what is really called "Elizabeth(s) Portfino. We decided to avoid the 'Valentine's Day' crush and visited on a Tuesday evening, just as they were opening. Of course, we were the first to arrive but by the time we left, the place was filled. They do offer a 'special' on Tuesdays - i.e. entree, salad... More

We have dined at Portofino's a few times, and we have always enjoyed it, from the atmosphere, service, and to very good food. We have always asked to be seated where Josh would be our server, he is attentive, pleasant, and always prompt whenever we needed anything. Our recent visit, 1/16/2013, my wife had the Salmon, which she loved, and... More
