You would not suspect this was part of the Hilton Hotel. A nice pub with good food.

I have been there twice and it was only on the second visit that I realized that the Tavern was associated with the Hilton. I say that because the decor, service and appetizer specials are not what I expect from a hotel chain facility. Before six PM appetizers are half price and they have a nice... read more

We have stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn, which is across the street from the Airport in Providence, Rhode Island. We always have dinner at the Iron Works Tavern, which is adjacent to the hotel. We take advantage of the half price appetizers from 3-6 every day. This time we ordered the Brussels sprouts, which were outstanding, sticky chicken wings,... More

Thank you Marcia G for naming us one of your favorite restaurants! Happy to hear you had another great visit and we able to take advance of our afternoon deals. The Brussels Sprouts are a new addition to the menu. On your next visit take advantage of our “6 for 6 before 6”—6 local oysters/clams for just $6 More

I was in Warwick getting my computer fixed next door when I decided to get a bite next door. I wasn't sure what to expect, but when I went in the place was clean, staff was friendly and the food was awesome! I loved it so much that I am going back there today! I had the shrimp cocktail, oysters... More

Jon S -glad you made the choice to stop and check us out (2 times!) after your visit with our computer friends at Tricom. Since you are a seafood lover, remember to check out our daily specials that reflect what's fresh in local RI waters this summer. We also feature a oyster/clam promotion daily. And thank you for recommending us... More

Close to the Providence Airport, this is a great choice for a tasty dinner. Very nice menu selection with options ranging from burgers to full entrees. I tried the Chicken Caprese which was a great selection for a lighter entree. Prices were very reasonable and my server, Alisa, was outstanding. Bottom Line: A great restaurant with excellent service at reasonable... More

Our last visit to Iron Works Tavern had been disappointing and so decided to give it another try. We chose to go during Providence Restaurant Week for lunch. I had the 3 course lunch. It included a white chowder with fresh clams, red skin potatoes and pieces of bacon. Very good. Then came the main course which was grilled swordfish.... More

Because this restaurant is connected to the Hilton Garden Inn, I will likely eat here again. I love the name, and the inside has a neat look to it. The beer selection is very good. Plenty of craft beer to choose. The food is average. I had the braised short rib. It did pull apart easy, but was not as... More

I met my older parents for dinner and they enjoyed it thoroughly. Menu has good variety. Steak frites was just right The Chicken Parmesan was enough for two meals. Flourless Lava Cake Hit the spot. Vegetable Wellington was a bit of a disappointment.

So I tried this place because I heard they were doing an express lunch and being on the road all day I needed something quick and couldn't stand another "window meal." Sat down and was promised a meal within ten minutes, so I ordered from the express menu and started my stop watch on my phone. From ordering to eating... More
