Omg...deadly good ice cream!

You cannot beat home made ice cream! We got the pumpkin, blueberry, and coffee flavors. Worth the $8 per quart. They have a great variety of flavors, including frozen yogurt options too. They have a window to get a dish or cone. The nice girl upon hearing I had a 45 minute drive, wrapped up each... read more

My hubby & I were out and about on one of our excursions when we happen to come upon this place. With long lines, we knew it was another gem! Yet the line went quickly. Everyone seemed overjoyed with their icy delight! I don't know how they make their ice creams, but they sure have it down to a science.... More

A must stop every year on our trips to the area. Ice cream is always fresh, and you can count on it being delicious. No wonder there are often lines, but no matter, always worth the wait.

We got here ten minutes before closing and the gal was so rude and rushed. We got four cups and after each one she kept asking "is this it?" Clearly she had somewhere better to go. Having typed that, it was good ice cream. But since we drive 30 minutes there I could have handled a little less attitude.

Absolutely the best ice cream ever! (And I have tried quite a few). Worth the trip but luckily it is on our way to almost everywhere, or at least I make it that way whenever I can. Always bring home a quart for Saturday night's.

I tell people all the time that I don't really like ice cream, and I turn down a lot of ice cream and actually don't eat very much ice cream - just 4-5 times a year at the most. Truthfully, I really like ice cream but I'm very discriminating, and can count on one hand my favorite spots for ice... More

Yes, this ice cream stand is in a small town between Bristol and Newport. Yes, it is a little out of the way. YES! It is worth the trip. The ice cream is home made. The flavors are more intense than commercial. It was the best coffee chocolate chip ice cream ever. And, the blueberry was so rich and full... More

This place is an institution If you are in the area you need to try it. A lot of the old standby flavors you loved growing up as a kid

Just imagine the middle afternoon of the hottest day in August and you are badly affected by a sun-related skin rash. What a relief to have a double-scoop with pistacio and rum raisin. A real treat!!!
