Spectacular view

If you have time to sit in an Adirondack chair overlooking the ocean while sipping a drink, it is worth the stop. The food and service are good.

Went here on holiday weekend Monday to have some seafood with a view & listen to good music. Arrived early & had a drink at the bar on the deck to wait for a table with a view & umbrella. Got seated at our table pretty quickly. Had a raw seafood plate & some steamers which were all good. When... More

Great food, great service. outside dining on the roof, with a view of the ocean to die for. anything you get will be outstanding and you could have a problem parking so park and walk.... More

This restaurant is right on the water, so you hear the waves crashing while you eat your dinner. It was beautiful! The food, drinks, and service were excellent!

We were looking for a place to eat while visiting URI, and found this place. The food was excellent - the fried calamari was among the best I've ever had, perfectly lightly coated and tender and very tasty. The lobster roll was very good too. The fish and chips were a little heavy, but still very tasty. Our waitress was... More

We recently travelled to Narragansett for a friends wedding. On our way out of town we stopped at the Coast Guard House looking to grab lunch. We were hoping to eat outside but the weather wasn't great so we sat at the inside bar. We were immediately taken by the panoramic view of the ocean. The menu being served was... More

At this restaurant you can not be any closer to dining on the water unless you are in in the water. this restaurant offers spectacular views and a quiet place to just relax.

The CGH sits right on the ocean edge so every table has an unrestricted view of the Narragansett Bay. The food is amazing and the decor since the remodel is just beautiful. They really spent some effort in making the place both beautiful and comfortable. My wife and I absolutely love the food there too. They get points for some... More

I've been to this restaurant twice now and have had something different each time. I'll start with the bad. The food is pricey and bland. It is pretty to look at but from a taste perspective was lacking. Now for the good: The location is incredible. The ocean is only feet away and stunning Narragansett Beach is a short walk... More

If you're looking for the best of Rhode Island, look no further than the Coast Guard House in Narragansett. Had lunch there recently on a perfect sunny afternoon. Ordered the Lobster Roll which was perfectly dressed fresh herbs, citrus aioli, watercress & bibb lettuce on a buttered brioche roll and served with french fries (to die for). Before my lobster...
