Just okay!

With a name like Papa Gino's , you would think Italian , Right? Pizza was good, but not what I was expecting for a New York style pizza. Was not impressed

Meatball Parm. Grinder along with Cheese Pizza. Meatballs are the same as always. Which is always good. Pizza was crispy, well done and very cheesy. Hot & fresh, everything was as good as it could be. Grinder had more than ample amount of meatballs and generous amount of sauce & cheese.

For the price, I feel that Pizza Hut has better pizza. This place had a deal for a large three topping pizza for $11.00. We decided to try it and it was just OK. Wish we had gone to Pizza Hut instead

OK, I admit it. I'm an Italian from New York which makes me a total pizza snob. In travelling anywhere outside New York I usually find whatever the locals call pizza mediocre at best and disgusting at worst. While staying in Middletown and touring Newport, we came home pretty beat and just decided to stay in the hotel and order... More

we ordered pizzas to be delivered and when they got there they were cold and they tasted terrible. We had one large pizza and a small. Very expensive and its sad to say but next time I will order from dominos.

Whenever I need a quick bite, I can always count on delicious pizza at Papa Gino's. Their sauce has a strong fresh tomato flavor, the crust is thin and cooked just right, and there is plenty of cheese. Kauai, HI could really use a Papa Gino's. Then there would be great pizza on the island. Service has always been fine.... More

I stopped on my way to the Hotel to surprise the boys with a pizza. Papa Gino's was fast, reasonably priced and good. I would eat there again

Papa Gino's is expensive for what you get here. The pizza is only average tasting and I honestly don't know how they stay in business when other pizza places in town serve better food at lower prices. I cant recommend this place wholeheartedly because it is too pricey and the food is just average.

Pizza was tasty enough but had to mop the grease off each slice before I could eat it. I haven't had pizza like that in a long time. Service was good

Review Best chain pizza establishment in New England. The pizza is excellent and so is the lobster rolls that are only available in the summer. You can not compare a chain pizza restaurants to small local pizza establishments as a prior reviewer has done. There are also many great small pizza restaurants in the area that are also very good.... More
