I find myself in Middletown, RI for work often, and this is my go-to spot for an amazing lunch. Salads, wraps, subs, pasta, among other items all with a Mediterranean twist. You won't spend more than $12 dollars and will be full till dinner. The food is fresh, with loads of veggies.

This place has the greatest falafels you will ever find this side of the ocean. I first came to this place with a friend and took an instant liking to the food. The Mediterranean cuisine they serve is as authentic as one is likely to get in these parts. The hummus was delicious and more importantly very fresh. And to... More

The owner is fantastic, and gives you fresh falafel whilst you wait. The wraps are amazing and you choose what you want in it whilst they make them. Not tried the other food, except the baklava, which they also make which is also excellent

We drove past this little cafe and came back the next day to try it. I'm so glad we did! It was the best Middle Eastern food we've had in the northeast. The falafel were airy light inside and crispy outside. Everything was so fresh and good. Best baklava ever, too. The eating area is small, tidy, and very clean.... More

The staff is super friendly and the food is wonderful. Give something new a try every time you go. I haven't had anything that I didn't like.

Husband wanted to try here based on reviews he read online. We were not disappointed at all. We each got a platter and got to try different things which was great. Highly recommend!

Delicious food in a cafeteria-style restaurant. A lot of options including vegetarian ones. American food as well.

HAd the grape leaves and a chicken swarmaah ( spelling) wrap, the wrap was big enough for two. Made fresh with step by step asking of what I wanted on it, what else can you ask for? Glad it was a Sunday, as I was told by the gentlemen working that during the week the line goes out the door

The falafal is awesome! The customer service is great, and the food is consistently good. Food is reasonably priced. Sometimes at peak lunch time their can be a line but it moves quickly and food is made to order as you wait. Try it you will not be disappointed!
