Family members brought me to this restaurant in June when I returned to my childhood playground – Jamestown. Upon arrival, I was immediately impressed with their excellent signage and beautiful interior. It had a hip and modern feel to it. They serve locally harvested food which I applaud and appreciate. Although it was a very expensive entree, I just had... More

Very fresh look in the dining room with a pleasant out door dining option. Service was excellent. Kale soup was very favor full and spicy( our waitress warned us of spiciness). Main course bass was excellent, perfectly cooked. A very extensive and interesting wine list competitively priced. Food prices on the high side but the quality justified it. Would definitely... More

FiSH is a great find. We thought the entrée prices would mean a lot of plate, but not so. It is finer dining without the pretense and just the right amount of pomp. There is a dress code. The local seafood is delicious with a Rhode Island flair and prepared with root vegetables grown in the restaurant garden. The fish... More

We picked the restaurant because others had given it high marks, and because our walk up and down Narragansett Avenue in Jamestown revealed that it is one of the few that has a nice outside patio. The food was very good - we had a shark special and a scrod special - just the right sized portions and served with... More

We haven't been here since it became "Jamestown Fish" a few years ago, but we will definitely be back. They have a nice outdoor seating area and a bar in back with a fire pit which we sat around while we waited for a table. The outdoor menu is smaller (maybe just bar food really) so we opted for sitting... More

Service took forever and the food wasn't worth the price. Enough said. Don't bother. I wasn't impressed in the least. Eh

Stopped here on the way to Cape Cod. A great little find! We had lobster and Black Angus burger. Quality of food was great. Although it was pricey, it was certainly worth it. Nice patio, clean bathrooms, and friendly service. Highly recommend this place!

Fish is an overpriced restaurant with mediocre service. Went there for lunch and their selection is board, so we had high expectation. Ordered a scallops appetizer for $15 that I expected would be loaded. Got 3 rather small scallops, barely cooked and delivered on a bed of tiny green leaves and little else. Wife ordered the steak salad: the meat... More

We stopped by here on a Wednesday night and were seated right away outside in the nice outdoor dining area. Our waiter was very friendly and efficient, taking our drink order while we continued to peruse the menu. I went for a casual lobster roll, which I must say could have used a little more seasoning. This roll was under... More

We at Jamestown Fish twice in July - and both experiences were terrific. Wonderful wine list, attentive service, and fantastic fish dishes. The outdoor terrace is lovely as well. I'd highly recommend this restaurant.
