This was our first visit to Finn's - a local woman sitting by the harbor recommended Finn's, so we gave it a chance for lunch on a Friday. We split a bowl of clam chowder that had ample clams and potatoes. The chowder is thick - perhaps with more thickener than the norm - but that's how we like it,... More

The Harborside is always good for seafood. It is literally right on the water so it has a great view and in-season you can eat right out on the deck. They also have entertaiment on the weekend.

We go here occasionally and if you know what to order then it won't disappoint. We get scallop rolls and their lobster club, both are excellent. It's a nice spot, but not nearly as fancy as the other dockside restaurants next door- that suits me just fine.

Visited while on vacation from Florida. Snail salad was mostly salad, and a few large chunks of tough snail pieces. They obviously do not know how the traditional dish is served in New England. Also ordered the steamed little necks, which were fairly tasteless compared to the excellent offering at Tweets in Bristol. There were five adults and two children.... More

We had a late lunch, the views were great, service was fast, the food was so so... We had the baked platter which was drowning in butter and cheese, the chowder was good, the lobster cakes were mostly dough and almost no lobster, the kids food was good and the lobster roll was good. Bottom line, we have had much... More

Went to Finn's by boat sat. night. We were a group of 6. We sat outside on the covered deck. Literally on the water. The service was great, and very friendly staff. Most of us had the lobster roll, it was very good, with lots of lobster meat. The appetizers we delicious also . Also had yummy drinks. After dinner... More

The best way to describe Finns is to call it a very nice harbor side bar which serves food. It is not as upscale as the surrounding restaurants and the menu is lacking content. The selections are great for lunch and the location is awesome. The bar has a complete selection of beers and wines. Parking is a problem as... More

I took my mom here for lunch last week because I wanted somewhere on the water but didn't want to deal with the beach traffic and I wanted something a little more low key for her. The food was good and very reasonably priced which can always be a challenge when you go somewhere that's considered touristy. The service was... More

We went for lunch. We sat outside and the atmosphere was lovely. We ordered a pitcher of Sangria for $21.00. It was mostly ice and we only got two glasses out of it. Lobster salad roll was okay. Chowder was not so great and the clam cakes were horrible. $80.00 for a disappointing lunch. I would not go back!

Five of us decided to have dinner UPSTAIRS last Sat nite. We went there because we like the band that played downstairs. Should have stayed downstairs & had a sandwich wrap. We didn't realize there was another, pricier menu upstairs. Three out of 5 of us didn't finish our meals. I had the stuffed filet of sole. Generous portion, but... More
