Was very good. We had a nice table for 2. It wasn't too noisy even though it was filled. Make a reservation if your going on a weekend and particular time. The waiter was very good with our order and very attentive.

My favorite place for dinner. It is small and cozy but food is by far best around. Always fresh. The best stuffed squash flowers when in season. Always a teat to eat outside in warm weather also.

Good food, wait staff was pretty good, I liked the small italian style kind of a place it was, very homey and somewhere with a good atmosphere

Great service, food and atmosphere. My new favorite restaurant! A very pleasant experience. The waiter remembered us from a prior visit and greeted us with "Welcome back".

I love L'osteria. The food is always amazing and the staff is always friendly. I recommend it to anyone and it is one of my favorite places to go to for Italian. Their canolli's are the best!

In Cranston Rhode Island...after having picked Lilly’s sister up at the TF Green airport...just as planned and right on time...we stumble upon a cozy little Italian bistro in Cranston RI...who knew...”L’Osteria”...Family owned...so much so that when we pull up...the owner, his wife and four kids, the owner’s brother, wife and kids have taken possession of the two sets of tables... We were greeted with a very passive welcome and when we were fully acknowledged we informed the waiter that we were one person short of our planned reservation. He immediately had a poor attitude and told us we should have called and informed them. It was a sudden issue and none of his damn business. Instead of showing a little... More

Nice quaint little place. Food is just o.k. and prices are on the high side. Service was very good but for the prices there are a lot of other places you could go to first.

Went with the wife 2/2/2013. The risotto special was pasty and a bland. Not worth the $18.95, and the lobster ravioli special($23.95) was not homemade. It tasted like the Venda variety from Federal Hill. I wouldn't be surprised if that is where it was from. Not bad, but rather pedestrian. The cheesecake dessert was downright inedible. Canned strawberry topping. Service... More

This was the first time in L'osteria. I heard a lot about it being loud. the reasoning being that it is EXTREMELY small place and people talking seems to make it loud. The food was pretty good, I had the chicken risorto which was not the best I have had but still good. Others in my party had mixed reviews.... More
