Nice quaint little place. Food is just o.k. and prices are on the high side. Service was very good but for the prices there are a lot of other places you could go to first.

Went with the wife 2/2/2013. The risotto special was pasty and a bland. Not worth the $18.95, and the lobster ravioli special($23.95) was not homemade. It tasted like the Venda variety from Federal Hill. I wouldn't be surprised if that is where it was from. Not bad, but rather pedestrian. The cheesecake dessert was downright inedible. Canned strawberry topping. Service...

This was the first time in L'osteria. I heard a lot about it being loud. the reasoning being that it is EXTREMELY small place and people talking seems to make it loud. The food was pretty good, I had the chicken risorto which was not the best I have had but still good. Others in my party had mixed reviews....

We were six people at this very small restaurant. Three place is very small, but nice.
The food was good, but not all people I was with would not agree. I thought all my meal was terrific, but two people in our group didn't like their meals. One said there was too much pepper, yet other said the the sauce...

We were seated when there were still a couple of empty tables and just a couple of people at the small bar. By the time our meals came, the tables and bar were full, and people came in and stood by the door, which puts them right in the middle of this small restaurant. The room became so noisy, I...

Stopped by on a whim and pleasantly surprised. Not busy at the early hour our party of two dined but imagine it might be a bit cramped and hectic when the smallish but welcoming dining room is full. Menu had a good variety of choices. Prices fair. My gnocchi entree was light, flavorful. My wife enjoyed her risotto special. Bruschetta...

Great Service, Great Food, Great Dessert. I go there every week!
Just about everything was subpar but in the interest of saving time, I will sum my review up with just the cocktail experience: Order: 1 Margarita, 1 Stoli with club soda. Received: 1 Gin & Rose's sweetened lime juice straight up (martini glass,no ice ), 1 questionnable vodka & tonic.
Our favorite Italian Restaurant . We always look forward to eating here. Small restaurant with a large menu. My wife and I have been here six times in the last year, twice with other couples, and everyone was pleased with the food and service each visit.
If I have any complaint it would be with some patrons who just can't...

I like the small restaurant vibe la osteria puts out. That is until you get the bill. I think this place is a little pricey for what you get. You'd be better off heading to federal hill for the night. Food was very good. Pasta fagioli was fantastic. Restaurant.com usually has a deal to this place which helps but its...
