Had a very good dinner here. I had the paella. Excellent. Friend had pasta with shrimp. Excellent. Swordfish and salmon were also very good. The place has been fabulously renovated. I don't care for the chairs. A little too formal. The desserts are excellent. Great presentation. The service is not what it should be. Seem to be a lot of... More

I brought my mother and brother to lunch at Chapel Grille for my mother's birthday. This was our first time at Chapel Grille and we've been wanting to go for a while. Once we were inside, we wondered what took us so long to get there! Our waiter was professional and friendly. My mother and I had the Cleopatra Salad... More

We have been to Chapel Grille three times. First, when they had just opened and once with family and another time with neighbors. The food is good but not outstanding. The service has improved with experience. The decor and ambiance are outstanding.

Food and service to match a great building. Very attentive staff and half portions available for those of us who can't manage massive entrees. The fish chowder was one of the very best I have eaten. A worthy competitor for some of Providence's best restaurants.

Chapel Grille is absolutely wonderful. The atmosphere is amazing. Hence the name "Chapel Grille", this restaurant was built in an old church, giving it the perfect atmosphere. This restaurant is very roomy and has beautiful outdoor seating during the summer. You would never guess you were in a parking lot. The staff if amazing, catering to your every need. Everyone... We enjoy sitting in the bar area since it is a little more lively than the dining rooms. Outdoor seating cannot be reserved, so you need to go and wait for a table to open. The food is pretty good, but the atmosphere is why we come. There is a decent selection of drinks and wine. The menu offers smaller... More

Just 15 minutes or so outside of Providence, heading towards Warwick, RI is Cranston...the home of the Chapel Grille. This restaurant is fantastic!! The huge bar is covered with an antique kind of glass, lit from below. There are 5 different rooms to choose from. The Indoor-Outdoor room was jammed on a Sunday evening, and pretty noisy. We chose a... More

Interesting stone chapel turned into a restaurant. We went for lunch and the food was better than average and the bill for two including two drinks (sparkling water was one) was just over $40. Many were eating outside, but we ate inside where it was cooler. Our waiter, Russell, was friendly and attentive. Plan to go there again next week.
