Used a gift certificate for our first visit to the Chapel Grille. Was a bit concerned because of the reviews, but we had a great experience! Shrimp cocktail was excellent for an appetizer. We both had the build your own pasta for dinner, one with grilled shrimp and the other with eggplant, with the marinara sauce, excellent. Creme brûlée for... More

After a couple of average lunches at Chapel Grille we decided to try for dinner. The food is mediocre at best and portions are small, especially compared to the price tag! I ordered a martini and it wasn't even bottom shelf vodka. Tasted of water. I had the stuffed sole which was a heap of bread crumbs with a couple... More

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you did not receive a meal prepared to the standards we've set ourselves to. The Stuffed Sole entree is prepared with 6 ounces of sole and 4 ounces of seafood stuffing, and served with a combined 7 ounces of vegetables. What you describe does not at all sound like the... We go here a few times a year and we enjoy it very much. We all had the specials. I had the gnocci and the other two people had the swordfish. They liked it, but the sauce on it was very spicy. They both had to take it off. Mine was pretty good. Not the best I've had, but good.... More

We chose this spot for a special Christmas holiday get together BRUNCH. Having never been here before, we were expecting something special but we were not impressed at all. We arrived at least an hour before brunch was to end. The room where the buffet was set up was not decorated in any way at all, zero effort, not festive.... More

Four of us went to the Chapel Grille last night for what turned out to be a terrific meal. The staff seems nice; we had a waiter's assistant and a waiter, both of whom were attentive, polite, yet unobtrusive. The chef and his staff prepared us a perfectly cooked meal. The prices were extremely reasonable, and all in all we... More

Beautiful decor.......very elegant restaurant.....we were twenty seated at two tables in front of a massive fireplace!!! Service was excellent....!!!! Most of the ladies had dinners....steak, pastas, risotto....those near me loved their meals. I had a cup of Lobster chowder......very thick....interesting at $4.99. We dined here for lunch today and what a treat! From the moment you enter you know this is a special place. The bar is huge (without being overwhelming) and welcoming. We sat in the first/main dining room which is beautifully appointed with an oversized fireplace. I had a half eggplant pizza with a Caesar salad and my husband had... More
