Great breakfast! Excellent, fast service!

A hometown diner offering exceptional breakfast foods. Tasty entrees, fast service. Atmosphere leaves a little to be desired, but the food makes up for it. Worth a try!!!!!!

Hope dinner has been around for ever so its no surprise they know how to do breakfast. Just about any breakfast item you can think off, they have. As popular as it is I've never had to wait for a seat, but I'm sure it happens on Sundays and Saturdays. The waitresses are pleasant and always there to top off... More

If you are hungry, love breakfast in big portions, do not by pass this little white diner ! Across the street from Bristol Harbor, nestled aside of a gas station is this 100 year old looking one story building busting at the seams with a bonanza of breakfast choices ! EVERYTHING from home fries to omelets to pancakes are tasty... More

Great retro, local place for breakfast. An old-fashioned diner. Simple, but fast and efficient. Home-fries are to die for! Have an enjoyable meal every time I visit

Who doesn't love breakfast! If you are a local and in the know, breakfast is at the Hope diner. It is a small family run operation, not much atmosphere but lots of charm. It's an old fashioned diner with a great breakfast menu. Eggs served just how you like them with sides of bacon, sausage, corned beef hash or chourcico... More

I give this a 1 star simply because I cannot give a zero on the rating scale. The only redeeming thing about the Hope Dinner is the view out the window of the harbor. Other than that, this place deserves to go the way of the Dodo Bird. I have lived on the East Bay for all my life and... More

If the food wasn't awesome I would give this place 0 stars because the service is horrendous. They don't care either. We walk in and clearly weren't aware that you seat yourself so we stood there for like 30 seconds and figured out that everyone was ignoring us because we're supposed to seat ourselves. Then we waited for 25 minutes... More

What a place to get breakfast. The service is great. They have four kinds of hash for your eggs. I like the fish hash. Like the old cod fish cakes your mother used to have.
