Relaxing, outdoor meal on a perfect Sunday afternoon.

My husband and I enjoyed a late lunch/early dinner on a recent Sunday afternoon in Bristol. The baked, stuffed lobster special that I ordered was excellent! The lobster was tender and sweet. My husband had a soft-shell crab sandwich which he said was good. Our server was excellent. My only... read more

Inside atmosphere is rustic, but I imagine lost visit for the seating out on the water. An eclectic menu, with traditional New England seafood mixed with spice palette from the far east. Food was well prepared, though not our preferred accents, the service was friendly and attentive , and the bar was well stocked. The dessert menu was limited and... More

This restaurant in an old stone building on the water in Picturesque Bristol, Rhode Island, is worth a visit from anywhere in the world. Don't miss the scallops entree or the lobster, avocado, and fried green tomato appetizer. Fabulous!

I was visiting a friend who lives in Bristol and she took me to her favorite place for drinks. We wanted to sit at the outdoor bar right on the water. It was crowded but they found an extra bar stool and cleared a spot for us to join in. We both had "Stay Classy" cocktails which were excellent and... More

We ate inside ...quit and comfortable in the downstairs Pub. For lunch - the Shaved Filet Mignon Sandwich..Fantastic!... Dinner- a delish Espressotini...then we chose the Vegetarian option...which consists of 3 veg sides..Really good!...these were our choices ..but there were many others...you will be assured a good meal.

The setting for this tavern is simply, in a word~`quaint. If you are looking to get away from the crowds and enjoy some quiet by the bay, with a bottle of wine and some delicious food- come here. The tavern is in an old brick European-esque mill-like building . The service was top-notch, and the prices for appetizers were well... More

Monday night was $1 oyster night at the bar and we were introduced to the local Poppasquash oysters. What a treat! We then enjoyed excellent seafood stew brimming with a vast assortment of fresh seafood. Enjoyed it so much we came back for lunch the next day when the weather was conducive to sitting on the waterfront patio. Both times... More

My family and I were in RI for a cousin's wedding. We had a party of 8, and were staying next door at the Bristol Harbor Inn. Wait staff was friendly and helpful. We had a young child in our party, and although they do not have a children's menu, the waitress gave options of what could be put together... More

We stayed at the Bristol Harbor Inn and had dinner at DeWolf Tavern. The tavern is friendly, welcoming and cosy. The menu provided plenty of options and variety. The meal and service were both very good.
