A light snow is falling...the air is cold. We enter Aidan's and the waitress leads us to the main dining room...intimate, cozy, a lovely fire warming the room. We order wine...not very large glasses compared with neighboring restaurants. When we order from the menu, we have a nice selection, especially if one is Irish oriented. Beef stew in a bread... We had a few drinks and an excellent meal in this pub on New Year's Eve. The decor is cosy and the staff were very helpful. The place had a good buzz. I liked the table near the big fireplace for dinner. My steak was cooked to perfection and was absolutely delicious. We both loved the hand cut pub chips.... More

We had two very different meals. The first was more of a main course meal and the second was more of a soup/salad and sandwich....four servings and all were excellent. Service was fantastic.

I go here several times a month for lunch and conversation with an English friend. The pub fare is always well prepared and served quickly by the friendly service staff. As my friend points out, this may be the only place in New England that serves Guinness perfectly every time. Maybe that is why we have one for dessert, too!... More

Aidan's is a wonderful place for so many occasions. During the day the lunch and drink menus are great for a sandwich, appetizer or burger, at night the dinner specials are reasonable and yummy. The second floor is a blast, able to host large parties and then turns into a cool spot to hang out once dinner is done being... More

Aidan's has been one of the most consistently good eating establishments for many years. It has often characterized by their offerings of traditional Irish food and spirits, but their efforts have reached much further into Rhode Island tradition than most others (including most seafood restaurants). Their Rhode Island clam chowder hits the mark ...as close as it can get. RI... More

The wait was so long it's silly they don't do refills on things like iced tea that most places do the food was okay shepards pie was good corned beef so dry! The chowder was well there was like no clams so it was mostly just the liquid

I have been here several times now and it's a nice place! Staff is super nice, seated for lunch right away, and food was server fairly quick. Love mixing the two chowders, and the craft pumpkin beer.. A big thumbs up!

We rode the East Bay Bicycle Path (nice scenery along the way) from Providence to Bristol on a Friday and rode around town looking for a lunch spot. This place was crowded and lively, so we decided to stop. They had both indoor and outdoor seating. We were greeted warmly when we walked in the door. The menu is pretty... More

Love love this place. Outside tiki bar looking out at the harbor. Cold beer and great burgers. It's a definite stop when in Bristol.
