I live in Ky. so going to the beautiful town of Bristol, R.I. and sitting next to the ocean is just wonderful. The Lobster Pot chowders are the best and being able to have lunch outside and look at the beautiful view of the ocean is well worth the trip. I make it a point to visit there everytime I... More

I have only gone for the lobster. I have tried three different types, but only found it to be average. The high prices take away from the rating. The view is very nice, as it's right on the bay. Next time a visitor wants to go, I'll try something different. Spoiled by some of the other great seafood places in... More

The view is lovely, the fish the freshest and the tables are nicely laid. The only thing that prevents me for calling it excellent is that the prices are to high. Otherwise, you can't beat it.

The Lobster Pot is my favorite restaurant in Bristol. The food is always excellent, my favorites are the escargot and the pistachio crusted salmon. They have a very lively bar scene on the weekends, often with entertainment. It's always an enjoyable evening with great views of Bristol harbor.

We love the Lobster Pot! They are consistent with great food, service and atmosphere. Love all the lobster dishes, especually the baked stuffed and saute. The escargot is like no other. One of our favorite restaurants.

Met a friend for a weekday lunch, she picked the location. First time I have been there in perhaps four years. Great water view, nothing much had changed.inside. It's a traditional New England seafood white tablecloth restaurant. Nothing exotic on the menu, but plenty of choices. I had an excellent lobster salad on greens; large chunks of lobster with a... I recently went to the lobster pot for apps and drinks. We tried couple different drinks and it seems that they fill all the top shelf liquor bottles with the cheapest liquor they can buy, they all taste the same. Cheese and crackers looked like someone else eat out of it before me. And I also heard staff talking about... More

You can't beat the location of the Lobster Pot and the service was great. But you can get better seafood at much better prices in Bristol and in most other New England Towns. Its also a turn off to order from a limited menu only to be told 10 minutes later that the item you wanted it not available. It... More

Having a summer residence on Mt. Hope Bay, Bristol, RI was, thanks to our parents, an indescribable experience. The Lobster Pot has been regular stop for dinner, for more than 50 years, and still today the food is as consistently excellent as it was the first time. From appetizers to salads to entrées, and cocktails you will NOT be disappointed...no... More
