This was our second trip to this restaurant. The ambience and scenery of the restaurant overlooking the water with a cool breeze is probably the best in Bristol. We ordered the calamari which was I'm sorry to say, chewy. However the calamari meat was fresh, and the the seasoning with peppers, tomatoes, and olives were tasty. My husband and I... More

We had not been to this bar before and as it was a really nice day we had a beer and sat in the Adirondick chairs and gazed at the water. It really was a great place to be on such a nice day. We decided to have supper as we had skipped lunch. The meal was OK but not... More

Rhetorically, why is it so difficult to serve decent reasonably priced fair at restaurants with great locations? Beautiful Sunday afternoon. Attentive, cordial and informed wait staff. Good beer selection and excellent bloody marys. Orders included caesar salad with blackened shrimp, fried whole clam plate and the chicken burrito. Significant delays coming out of the kitchen produced fairs not worth the... More

Went for drinks on the beautiful deck. Was so loud and noisy !!! Drinks are over priced. Paying for the view, but don't care for the obnoxious crowd!! It was Memorial Weekend chilly and not crowded. Maybe if they put a bit more effort into the "surroundings" it would attract a better crowd !!

Went for lunch on a beautiful Saturday afternoon with a living social deal. The view is fabulous but the food and drinks are overpriced. He had draft beer & I had wine which were fine. We had calamari to start which was just OK. We've had lots better. I had a fish sandwich which was greasy and over cooked. Hubby... More

First the view is amazing, but RI has lots of restaurants with amazing views, so you can't use a view to overcharge for poor food. I went here recently for the first time in over a year. $9 for a glass of wine that I could get at other comparable places for $7. I paid it because it is a... More

I hate giving bad reviews however I do rely on the feedback from others on Tripadvisor and hope that someone can benefit from my review. At first glance it looked like a typical waterfront seafood restaurant, perfect location to watch the sunset. It was too chilly to sit in their tented patio so we chose to sit inside. Restaurant was... More

We stayed at the Bristol Harbor Inn right next door and asked the desk for lunch recommendations. They didn't mention the Waterside but it was so convenient we were curious. Glad we checked it out. The fish sandwich was large and excellent and my wife's burger was too.

It is off season and it was quite. Our server was great! Food was good but I have had better sea food. Great location right in the heart of Bristol. Will visit it again.
