Waterfront best part

Food here was secondary to the waterfront area and setting of this restaurant. I ordered crab cake salad. I would not get it again. The setting is fascinating. A good choice for waterfront eating, drinking and people watching.

On a nice day get a friend and sit on the deck right on the water with a pitcher of sangria and enjoy. Maybe get some food to share so you don't get to buzzed so you can drive home. Wear sun screen if it's sunny because you can get a sun burn and not know till later. It can... More

After riding the East bay bike trail from Providence we stopped here for lunch before returning. Nice waterfront dining with views. Also a decent menu with lots to choose from. Had the best "stuffies" I've tried in the Rhode Island area. Worth a try if in area

I live in Bristol, but hardly ever go to Thames because I think it is overpriced. We decided to stop by there today, as I heard they had music playing (something they don't promote on their website or on fb). The view is incredible, the singer was good...BUT... we ordered 2 pina coladas, and it came to $23.75!! I was... More

Went to visit Linden Place in Bristol and stopped for lunch at this great spot! We had our 4 yr old and 2 yr old with us and it couldn't have been more perfect. We were seated on the back deck which overlooks the harbor, sailboats and beUtiful homes in Bristol. Our waitress came to help quickly, got the kids... More

Thames Waterside is located in the charming village of Bristol. Many interesting shops within walking distance so you can work up an appetite or work off your meal. The focus here is seafood, although you can get a burger or two and a steak if you need to. The food is good, but get star is the location. The restaurant... More

There is no better place in Bristol to enjoy waterfront drinks than the Thames Waterside Bar & Grill. The location right on the water is unbeatable. As is the case in many waterfront restaurants, the food was just okay but the view more than made up for that shortfall.

Went here for lunch after a wedding. Party of 12. Food was FANTASTIC, service was quick once they got a table set up. We were seated by the water. Atmosphere is casual, food was fresh and great. The mango salsa on the Cajun burger was made from veggies so fresh it looked like they used paint colors to color the... More

Great location on the Bristol waterfront. Came for Sunday lunch with family. Made a reservation and did not have to wait for our table. Service was good and our waitress was friendly and had no problem splitting the bill multiple ways. Nice assortment on the cocktail, wine and beer menu. There is a roomy bar inside as well as tables... More
