We have dined here every year we come to the Island. This year it was just average. Not spectacular. The Clam Chowder was just OK. For the price it should knock your socks off. I was expecting much better from Finn's. They will get another chance next time. Maybe it was an off night.

Good location and very helpful and friendly staff, unfortunately that is where it ended. N.E. Chowder tasted good but was too fluid (watered down) and the garlic butter mussels while plentiful tasted neither of garlic or butter for that mater. So an average rating for a restaurant that should be doing much better than that, given there location.

Finn's just seems to get a little worse every year. This last visit was the clincher. Rude, flighty waitress. Calamari that was clearly previously frozen (in a state that abounds with squid, this is unforgivable). Fried fish sandwich had an embarrassingly small portion of super-greasy fried fish on a mushy roll with cold fries. Even the draft beer was warm.... More

The food was very average. You can get better food if you just walk up the hill to Water St. Staff was nice though.

Been to Finn's many times. Great value, great food, and great view. No free refills on drinks so watch out there. Also burgers do not come with tomato, lettuce, and onion. You have to ask for it but there is no additional charge.

best whole belly fried clams in all of New England (o.k., maybe 'Red`s' in wiscasset, maine ties them) - Finn`s is casual-family, close to the ferry landing, and the beer is cold (even Narrangansett) ---we spent a week on the island over july 4th, eating out often ,and think Finn`s is the best for fried seafood - whole belly clams,... Sitting on the porch upstairs provides a great view of the harbor. The atmosphere is very casual and the food is quite good for a seaside family restaurant. We last visited on Independence Day weekend. I've posted a picture taken from our table. We had a broiled fish sandwich and a seafood sandwich along with some sprightly summer drinks. If... More

Good basic food with nice view of harbor. Hard to say anything bad, but equally hard to rave about the food or the service. Probably would not go back, but if you are looking for good value and seafood - Finn's is an OK choice

We were hungry when we got off the ferry,it was early but we headed for Finn's. The food was decent. Just had sandwhiches. You only get a pickle & chips with it. Would be nice if you got coleslaw or another side. But it was ok.The only draw back for me was, sitting outside ,you were in a parking lot. You... More

The service is quick and friendly. Great for lunch, dinner, or take out. Outdoor seating is available. Their New England Clam Chowder is fantastic!
