Spent a few hours here on a Sunday afternoon. They close food service between 3-5, which was weird to us, being a tourist island in peak season...but we hung out with a beer for an hour and waited. Service was excellent, food decent, crab cakes were amazing but only offered as an appetizer. I would have liked a bit more... More

There was no wait to get into Dead Eye Dick's. The bread came in a fancy cup with oil to dip it in. It was good but a little over seasoned. My son ordered the lobster bisque and declared it the best he's ever had. (He has a sophisticated adult palate and knows his seafood.) I had a bite and... More

Stopped in at the end of a Scooter ride for lunch and had the Fish Po' Boy. Very tasty! The fish was fried crispy and fresh, not greasy, with a nice cajun remoulade. Washed it down with a cold iced tea. The waiter was friendly and on the spot when needed and the view, sitting on the deck is nice... More

The place is outstanding. I wish I owned it. The light lunch we had was exactly what we needed. The Shrimp Cocktail was cold, and had an excellent hint of lemon. The Lobster Bisque was brought cool but once it was returned hot, excellent. The beer was the cheapest I paid for all day @$3. Just what we needed to... More

We came here for a family dinner during our week vacation on Block Island. To be honest, I resisted coming here because of the name and it's proximity to Payne's Dock, which I find a bit seedy. But I'm glad we came! There were 10 of us and we came early (6:30pm) without a reservation. The hostess quickly seated us... More

After a nice walk to New Harbor, my wife and I enjoyed a lovely dinner on the deck as the sun set and moon rose. Great oysters on the half shell, attentive service and reasonable prices.

Six of us had dinner. I had the grilled pork chop. Perfectly cooked. Others had sword fish and hanger steak. We had attentive good service, too. Everyone was very pleased with their dinner.

Had an absolutely delightful lunch, 2 ordered the warm lobster roll, 2 the lobster BLT. Also loved the fried oysters served with mango salsa and the oysters from 3 places. Drinks and service fantastic as well, but the view just topped it all. We walked (a 20 min hike) from the ferry.

We biked over from Old Harbor which took about 10 minutes and had lunch. We really loved our lunch. The tuna tartar and mussels were great. The fish tacos and the children's fish and chips were excellent. Definitely worth the walk/ride over to have a nice meal and beautiful view of New Harbor.
