One of the more reasonably priced options on the island. I enjoyed local swordfish with rice & veggies ($22); the stuffed sole was the other hit of the table, also with rice & veggies ($19). Great food; great service; local recommendations - very substantial portions! Our waitress was very helpful in pointing out which fish was local & they have... More

This was a very unusual combination of foods. The clam chowder bowl was big enough to share and it was very tasty and rich the way a good clam chowder should be. The Fallefel was different but well done. The pita bread was grilled and warm. The salad included was bountiful and the fried chick peas were different in the... More

And very reasonably priced, especially for Block Island! Our server was very attentive and well spoken. The menu had a number of chef's specials which our party of 10 took advantage of and were all pleased by. I can highly recommend this place!

Food was OK, the micro-brew was fair, the server was good...the place was loud and crowded with young families, which explains the noise. OK for a quick lunch or dinner...Found Rebecca's a better value and better food.

Food was amazing however one person in our party has a seafood allergy and the only thing the server said she could offer her was a garden salad. We ate at restaurants all weekend and being that it's 2014 managers and waitstaff were able to accommodate our friends allergy. Our server, Carleen D was pretty rude about it. Her response... More

We have eaten here several times and the food and service has always been great! They also make their own excellent array of beers from which to choose. Enjoy!

in the food business consistency is key. in 2 days we returned for the crab cakes 3 times. we asked for the recipe & looked like crazy crab cake stalkers. we have never had a bad meal here. drinks are good too.

We had lunch. The service was very good, the food delicious and quite reasonable, and the atmosphere very nice. It seems to be crowded at just about all times, partly because it is the closest to the main ferry harbor. Well recommended.

First off, it's called "Mohegan Cafe and Brewery", and it's the latter that usually brings me in. For this visit, we were 2 couples looking for libations and dinner, and were seated in the corner window, the front window-box window was open on a gorgeous August evening. Our waitstaff was very pleasant and answered all questions from our Gluten-free diner... More
