The atmosphere is lacking, why eat on the road when your on an island? But the food is decently priced and the food not so bad. We go for late night or dinner ever year.
This past summer my fiancee and I tried to Poor People's Pub for a sandwich and a beer. The ruben was excellent and my fiancee loved the lobster mac and cheese! Great location and great food at Block!

Ten of us stopped for lunch and everyone enjoyed themselves. Beer was good (don't get the Guinness though) and decent lobster roll. the service was very good and the pub was comfortable and casual.

For $30 we got 2 beers and 2 huge sandwiches (pulled pork and steak) that we could barely finish. The service was quick... More
