We had exceptional service at the Accomac this past Sat. We had the figs with proscuitto ham as an appetizer. It was delicious. The baby squash that accompanied my meal were exceptional. The pattypan squash were as tiny as my thumbnail! And the whole zucchini were the size of my little finger. So tender and delightful! The flank steak was... More

We have visited the Accomac Inn before for dinner. We had guests in town and decided to try their Sunday Brunch Service. The menu was interesting and offered many choices (this is not a buffet type Brunch!). The food was very good however the service did not quite match. There seemed to be only one waitress and an assistant providing... More

We had a large party of 10. The service was a bit slow. We were there for over 2 hours for brunch. I had the cold pea soup and it was delicious. I also had the grilled fig and coconut salad. It was dry but a good flavor. Was a good experience but not the best. I would give it... More

I had the barracuda special and my wife the octopus. Both were delicious. The service was great as well. A must stop when you are in the area

The food was very good and the building has a great atmosphere. We ate on the screened in porch and had a very nice young lade serve us. it was very quite and was a great place for an early afternoon lunch. we took a walk around inside and loved it, although we could smell the fireplace it still was... I had a delicious lox sandwich on sourdough, and my husband enjoyed his Cuban sandwich. They make a house beer that is an Indiana Pale Ale--I tried it because they made it, but I didn't care for it. The irish coffee was great! It's a bit pricey, but certainly doable for a delicious lunch.

I took my mom to The Accomac, right before Easter. My sandwich was on very tiny bread and extremely salty--no other flavor, but salt. I had a salad on the plate with it -- the greens were old and many of them were rotten. Not an exciting salad either, and the dressing also was full of salt. It was an... More

Food is made very well indeed, no matter the choice. Given my druthers, I'd like to be able to get served a little quicker, for sure. This place is busy most of the time. Good presentation and the sides are fair. Seems to me the volume that you get has dimished quite a bit. Still, go and enjoy.

this visit wasn't as pleasing as our last visit. It is always nice to have the wait staff attentive, but felt like we were being totally rushed. One of them took my drink without asking if I was finished, and I wasn't, so I asked them to please put it back down. Same with the appetizers. Everyone enjoyed their meals... More
