We ate at Pho Bistro during a college visit to York College of PA, and my son and I consider the Pho the best we've ever enjoyed. We plan all our school visits at York to include 1 dinner here. The locals frequent this family friendly, family run Bistro, and they are familiar with all the extended family of the... More

My mother and I were running to Lancaster to get good Vietnamese food, now we can go to York. The summer rolls are excellent. I wish they had a sampler because the order size is large and I would prefer a variety instead of just 1 or 2 types. Food is very tasty. I also tried the combination platter and... More

If you enjoy good food, with lots of flavor, this is a great place to visit. It's small, and can get crowded, but the food is worth it. Everything tastes fresh & flavorful. Never had a bad meal here. Great place to enjoy good Vietnamese food. Big thanks to Lynn (one of the servers there) and her whole family.

I ate lunch here recently and enjoyed the meal: Spring rolls and Pho. The pho was good, the sprouts, chilis, lime and basil were fresh. The spring rolls had nice flavor. The dipping sauce served with them, however, was watery and flavorless. Service was quick and friendly.

Pho Bistro is a family-run restaurant several block from the center of York City. The decor is not fancy. The teens work the counter and wait tables while the parents do the cooking. We ordered take-out so cannot comment on the table service however everyone was very personable and friendly and I did not witness any disgruntled customers. The food... More

I'd never had pho before trying PB. Don't think I've ever even seen that many Vietnamese restaurants in my lifetime of bouncing back and forth between two very different states. I've driven by this place a million times and never thought twice about it. Then I moved into my first house about 5 minutes from here. Since it's nearby, my... More

If Anthony Bordaine ever came here to have dinner with me, this is where I'd take him. Family owned and operated, this little hole in the wall serves great Vietnamese food. The coconut curry chicken wings are a favorite, and the pho is great- huge portions and reasonably priced. The rice vermicelli dishes are also great- we love the roast... More

This place is located in a neighborhood in York. It's not fancy but it is not in a dangerous area. It is family run and has a small diner like decor. The food was very good and cheap. There are at least 10 vegan options. It was worth the ride.

While not in the best location or the best atmosphere, the food here is incredible. As a frequent diner, I can honestly say I've never had a bad meal here. The family that owns the restaurant are so incredibly friendly and accommodating. The pho is delicious as is every other dish I've tried. Don't be put off by the location... More

We went there with my two kids (8 and 10) and everyone loved it. It was clearly the best Vietnamese food I have ever had. I would love to tell you what dishes we had but I could never spell them correctly. Everything was really fresh and light with a ton of flavor. The portion size was good. The lemon... More
