Three of us had a 2pm reservation for lunch yesterday (Sunday). We were seated in the glass enclosed front porch that offered a scenic view of the Delaware River. Excellent beef spring rolls and and a so so Caesar Salad were shared amongst the three of us. My wife had the grilled Reuben. The sandwich contained about four strands of... More

I've been to The Yardley Inn several times over the last 4-5 years, mostly for lunch, a few times for dinner -- I love this place! It is a very charming restaurant, as you would hope for in a scenic, historic town like Yardley, and the decor has been updated fairly recently to an upscale, sophisticated look that suites it... Recently had a business dinner at the Yardley Inn, all five people in my party came away with great meals, no complaints.

Consistently cold food followed by excuses of why our food was cold. This was not just on one occasion but on two occasions. Sorry, for the price we expect much better.

Love the ambiance and view of the river. Meals very nice and flavorful, but portions are small. I had salmon lunch special, 3 courses for about $15, the salmon was about a 3 ounce portion. Disappointed.

This has been a family favorite for years - the scene of several birthday parties and personal celebrations. The Inn is a beautiful landmark along the Delaware River which is beautiful in all seasons. The staff is friendly and patient with customers who want to linger over coffee or a drink. The food is fantastic and superbly prepared. It is... More

Best fish and chips Because they actually use pollock and is perfectly fried. Went twice this visit and everything tasted great...try the meatloaf too cause it is super. Had an appetizer that was fries with a brown pepper sauce and chucks of blue cheese may sound weird but it was delicious. Waite staff are friendly and knowledgable of the food.... More

Some friends and I went for lunch. We had the weekday special lunch. There were a lot of choices for a reasonable price. Our server was excellent. I have a severe allergy to onions. The server and chef were so very helpful in making sure that I had an excellent meal. The salad was so good, with pineapple, candied walnuts,... More

Business lunch - was suggested by a contact living just over the other side of the river in NJ. Great location with a view of the Delaware River, nice food selection and outstanding service. You will be fortunate to be seated in any section covered by Nancy from the waitstaff. Other than a bit noisy once the restaurant fills, no... More
