Excellent lunch !

I was very pleasantly surprised at the well- prepared lunch served in a lovely setting. We gave up on this place several years ago after a series of bad dinners, so when a friend requested the Yardley inn for her birthday lunch, I was hesitant. We asked for and were given a window table... read more

Our bad experience started when the inn lost our reservation, which had been made four days previous. Service was incredibly slow. We were told that there was a large group upstairs but, honestly, that's not my problem. Our lunch took almost two hours and it was 2:15 when we left. We were not happy. My cup of vegetable soup was... More

I took my mother for her 82nd birthday with my father and siblings (6 total). we were seated near the door, no view. And near a small child throwing food on the floor. I expected a high end sophisticated setting. My father order pork chops. What showed up was disappointing. String beans on the side, half a peach?? and a... More

Yardley Inn consistently offers well-prepared food at a value price for fine dining. The menu has interesting specilas according to what is in season- and they are listed (with prices) on a separate menu. Be aware that the dining room off the bar area can be noisy.

This is the best restaurant in Yardley, PA. The food has good flavor that is something other restaurants in the area lack. The bar makes good drinks. I recommend this place to anyone eating on Yardley.

My wife and I were staying in the area and wanted to have a nice dinner to celebrate our anniversary. This place was suggested so we tried it. Started well with a friendly waiter and delicious bread. But the drinks we ordered before dinner never arrived. Filet and trout were excellent. Bread pudding disappointing. Waiter had too many tables to... More

I've been here a few times, when staying in Bucks County. There is good food and the setting is lovely. I remember service being a little slow, with or without a full house. But it is ok if you are not in a rush. You could have a cocktail, but they're not exactly memorable. Overall I am still happy to... More

Great Restaurant!!! Love the food, service and atmosphere! This is one our favorite places to go for a nice dinner, happy hour or to sit at the bar and have a few drinks and appetizers. Also a great place to have a private party or shower. You will not be disappointed!

My wife and I stopped by for brunch following an exhausting family event the evening before, and what we experienced was incredibly satisfying to both our palates AND our souls. Great physical plant, great location, attentive and courteous staff, and great food... What more could you wish for? I had brioche French Toast with sausage, and good black coffee; my... More

Very good food, spotty service. Awesome colonial setting on the Delaware. If you are passing through downtown Yardley, Pa I would suggest a visit to the Yardley Inn.
