Food is very good, service can be spotty all in an awesome colonial setting.

Very good food, spotty service. Awesome colonial setting on the Delaware. If you are passing through downtown Yardley, Pa I would suggest a visit to the Yardley Inn.

My boyfriend is a Yardley native and helped open this restaurant as a teenager. He had been sharing fond memories of painting and sanding tables. The food is remarkable-the chef is a culinary genius. We had a Hungarian dish that bursted with flavor and was as good as any dish I've eaten. It was ranked in Philly magazine as Top... More

Food was decent - lobster bisque was a bit spicy, bacon and cheese meatloaf was good (tomatoes were spicy, and how do you eat those potato straws with a fork?), ice cream as part of dessert was delicious. Our server wasn't great, but the host staff was fantastic and friendly to me and my daughter.

My husband and I ate here on Father's Day. We were able to call in the afternoon and get a reservation for dinner. We had a nice view of the river from our table. The food was delicious and not overly expensive. We ordered off of the Early Bird Menu which included soup or salad and dessert with the main... More

This location has been on the river for many years. I go here on occasion as it is on the upper scale side. Good menu selection, food and service. Good place for a family or group meal. Also see special occasion booking event regularly which it is also known for.

I have never written a bad review before. I'm the sort of person that feels that if wait staff are "off" once in awhile, well, they're having a bad day or moment and I give them a break. In this case, I'm one unhappy customer. Last night my friend took me to our local "best place in town": The Yardley... More

Have eaten here quite a few times and each time our experience has been very good. The food and service has been always excellent. Very friendly staff as well. Each time we have been the chief came over to greet us. Would recommend and would return when in the area.

My husband and I went here for his birthday because he really wanted oysters. The staff was excellent and the food was very good. My husband was very excited about the cheese plate with raw milk goat cheese. It was delicious.
