A good comfort food meal

We didn't intend to stop here, but it was what we found. We had been to a Texas Roadhouse years ago in another state. The meal was fine. Texas Roadhouse is another good steak house. Steaks are good and nice selection of sides. Like all restaurants, usually full - call ahead for seating.

I enjoyed the meals at the Texas Road House, but the music was overbearing and loud. It would have been fine if they would turn the volume down. No one was dancing in the aisles, so there is no need for one's ears to bleed from the loud volume. WHAT DID YOU SAY? Did I say the food was good?

The many times we have visited the Roadhouse we have always gotten good service and meals except the last time. Service was terrible and it took all but 1hr to get a bowl of chili. Daughter's mac and cheese was disgusting and my son's burger was cooked way too hard. But at least we got the rolls to eat!

I have eaten at several Texas Roadhouses, and the food is always good. This one did not disappoint. Instead of giving us a lighted pager devise, they asked for our cell phone number to send a text. That was ok. When we finally got our text, though, we stood inside where we were obviously always somewhere in the way while... More

The four of us entered the restaurant at 4:50 pm and was told it would be 20 - 30 minutes to be seated, luckily it took 15 minutes, that was the best part of this visit. We had mixed feelings about our dinners, the guys thought the meals were hot and tasty, while both of us women wanted the waitress... More

Why do you have to wait for your party when there are 20 people in the restaurant? Service: rushing me or or attentive. Not sure. BTW- bathroom looked clean, but smelled like sewage. The good- salmon, baked potato, 20 oz bone in rib eye with onions and mushrooms , Dallas filet and the rolls. These were the favorites among our... More

We had visited the Arts Festival at Goggleworks. After we went to Texas Roadhouse. The food was good, the service good and the prices reasonable. I tried the pulled pork dinner meal. It was really good. I will be back for that along with their steaks and ribs. Prices for beer were a little higher than other areas, but not... More

If you want a good cut of steak that's tender and not overly expensive, their sirloins come highly recommended. I used to order pricier cuts, assuming I wouldn't like the potential toughness of a sirloin, but theirs are great. Assuming you've been to a TRH before, you know it's a bit loud, so not a place for an intimate dinner.... More
