Okay but it didnt impress me much

This is a big giant warehouse converted to a restaurant in an adult gaming center. My husband ordered the brisket sandwich and fries. The sandwich was really good but his French fries were like what you get at a McDonalds meaning they were old. I had ordered the bruschetta pasta with chicken which... read more

We only live less than a hour away from The Works, but this was our first visit. What a great family attraction. The arcade is amazing, the ball play area was a huge hit for our son and was reasonably priced. He was too small for the go carts but we ate at the Pit Stop Café which allows you... More

Obviously this is great for kids with all the games and activity areas. Price for activity area is not bad considering it is for unlimited time. Kids food available in activity area but the main restaurant also has a great kids menu and just inside the entrance you will find some great cupcakes for sale. Perfect place to spoil the... More

Lots of fun things to do in this remodeled factory. Arcade games, restaurants with good, adult food, indoor go carts, and our favorite - Ballocity, a huge obstacle course/ball pit/children's play area. Ballocity only has one entrance/exit and has video feed of the course, so parents can relax as the children play. A favorite for snow days off from school.

Went for late luch after a visit to Vanity Fair for a morning of shopping. The place was empty. Waited for a while to be served and to order. Wife had a burger and I had a chicken taco salad. Overall the food was good but not great. Prices were average. Atmosphere was very interesting as this is a very... More

We have been to The Works on multiple occasions in both large and small groups. The restaurants and arcade tend to get very busy on weekends and sometimes they do get backed up. We have been there on a week night as well and had very good service. The food overall is good. Service overall is good. Just plan ahead... More

Nice family atmosphere. Plenty for the children to do here. Lot of variety on the menu. The food was good but the service was a little slow.

I have tried twice now to go there on my lunch hour. Both times I was seated...and there I sat. No water, no waitress, nothing. Sit, sit, sit.....leave.

Went on a first date and sat at the bar. Decent house wine, GREAT bartender who was knowledgeable and gave great service. Wings to start- teriyaki. Crunchy yet tender- not breaded. It went downhill from there... I ordered the small plates sampler--- awful, inedible! It came with one dry black bean enchilada, dry stuffed mushrooms with a "stove top" type... More

Visited for a bday party. Karts, games, etc. Spent over $400 on amusements, then tried to get a table. That didn't "work." 2pm, Saturday; waited over an hour. Restaurant had 10 empty table for at least 45mins. Hostess lied to me about the tables, saying they all got up at once. No they didn't; I watched the empty tables for... More
