An attraction within a restaurant

This is the first time we have been to The Works. We had 16 people in our group and we did make reservations. I wasn't aware that there were games to be played, races to be won, etc. The guys in our group were disappointed because there was a 2 hour wait for racing. The kids had a ball. Our... read more

Went on a first date and sat at the bar. Decent house wine, GREAT bartender who was knowledgeable and gave great service. Wings to start- teriyaki. Crunchy yet tender- not breaded. It went downhill from there... I ordered the small plates sampler--- awful, inedible! It came with one dry black bean enchilada, dry stuffed mushrooms with a "stove top" type... More

Visited for a bday party. Karts, games, etc. Spent over $400 on amusements, then tried to get a table. That didn't "work." 2pm, Saturday; waited over an hour. Restaurant had 10 empty table for at least 45mins. Hostess lied to me about the tables, saying they all got up at once. No they didn't; I watched the empty tables for... More

Our family and friends have been visiting the works since they opened. The whole atmosphere is changing from the less than friendly kid staff to the filthy restrooms. Its a shame. Such a great concept and location. I hope things change.

Burger was just okay. I ordered "The Works" burger, which featured a fried (though mine was undercooked and runny) egg on the patty.... More

We took our family and my son's friends to the works for my son's 21st birthday. The staff was very helpful and seated us almost immediately. Food was prepared quickly and the waitress took care of all of our requests quickly and with a smile. Will definitely go back again.

Nice classy place, next to a lot of action (go karting & stuff). Awesome deserts. Did not see any kids there though. Lot of people just come for a drink or two

Instead of a chain, this is a wonderful place to dine as it has history, ambiance and good food. The industrial feel seems old and new at the same time - you have to go there to see what I mean. I love the large main room with the fireplace and photos of the days when it was a factory.... More

The Works is an awesome place for kids and adults alike. They are always updating their arcade games. Highly suggested for a variety of different events. Birthday parties, business events, and just friends hanging out with all enjoy this establishment.
