Great happy hour with discounted appetizers during the week. Very good cocktails and a real sleeper for high end bourbons

Had a few drinks with small plates. Pork Tacos, Wings, Ahi Tuna, and fries were all good. Fun atmosphere. Wish they had a cocktail menu with creative drinks.
Went here because the restaurant next door had a wait and Building 24 didn't have a wait. The food options are unique and varied. Our meals were delicious. However, one person in our party thought her meal was too small. I added shrimp to my...entree (charred lemon campanelle) and am glad I did because I don't think it would have been filling otherwise. The service was a little slow, especially since we had 2 toddlers with us. Overall, a good experience and we would return (when the toddlers aren't with us).More
Traveling through and looking for a unique restaurant - Trip Advisor to the rescue. The reviews did not disappoint! Eclectic menu and everything we sampled was beyond delicious! The desserts are HUGE! We will be back for the pretzel pie!!
Everything I have eaten here has been phenomenal! Fresh and made from a scratch because mama loves that!! And you get good music at the bar on saturday nights too, can't beat that!!
Wow, scallop with rice noodle app superb. Salmon entree remarkable. Small restaurant with 1/3 bar so probably noisy during prime time. Jazzy quiet music. Tablecloths and fireplace cozy. Should chop the bar and make more tables around the fireplace. Great food. Will come again.
Building24 has a good location and appeals to a sophisticated crowd who clearly travel from around the local area to meet up at the venue. The option of outside or inside seating is also nice in on a warm summer evening. So myself and six...colleagues went along to have an early evening team meal, booking an outside table. In terms of the service it was acceptable with reasonably attentive staff while the menu is varied and offers a number of interesting options. The problem was with the food itself. If I had been on my own or in a small group I would have concluded that my criticisms were down to bad luck/making the wrong choices but almost without exception all of our party were disappointed with what we were served. Three of our part ordered the crab cakes and I am unclear if it was the potato chip crust or just the seasoning but it was drastically over salted, resulting in only one very hungry member of our party eating all the cakes, the others left at least half on their plate. The colleague who had the steak remarked that it was overcooked and tough, I had the “wild” salmon and it came with luke warm vegetables and overcooked/burnt roast beat hash and given the soft and spongy nature of the salmon filet I have very strong doubts that it was wild (I know salmon pretty well and wild salmon is firm and dark in color, this was flaccid and pale). The only colleague who was satisfied was the one of our number who had the burger. I am not certain I would return to Building 24 for future eating when in Wyomissing there are many better options. Great food and atmosphere, good service this time. The food was very tasty - and the lamb lollipops were delectable! My dinner salad was also delicious, with its goat cheese and walnuts (I elected to skip the craisins). My fiancé had the wedge steak salad,...which was more than he could finish and included a nice portion of steak. The service was pleasant and sufficiently speedy, which was a change from our previous experience there, thankfully. Overall, we really enjoyed the experience - and highly recommend the lamb!More
Fair priced for excellent food. Nice bar, they have selections for lighter fare for those who are weight conscious
I was here for a blues show and Tommy Castro gave me one. Never having been here before, I decided to arrive an hour before the show. Glad I did! I could have even been there earlier. The place was full and a seat was...not to be had. Having been to many venues across the country to see different bands, I didn't really care for the layout of this place. The people who were there must have been locals, or at least people who have been there before because they were there early and ate or waiting to be served. I didn't eat but a lot of people did, and the food looked and smelled good! Burgers, fries and bar snacks looked to be the fare but there may have been more. Waiters seemed to be confused as to who got what because there was a lot of running back and forth. The band started on time and started rockin' the house out of the gate. Problem was, nowhere to dance except a few feet in front of the band. Now I dance in front of the band but I'm sure the people who were sitting at a table eating just a few feet from the band didn't like it! They were there hours early bragging about their seats, until the dancing began. Lol.... Drinks were expensive and my beer was warm. I asked the bartender for a Budweiser and he started pouring me a Bud Light from the tap. Quickly I said, "Whoa, whoa!" He looked at me with a "What?" kind of look and I said BUDWEISER. Looking at me like I was an idiot he said, "This is what we have." I quickly taught this obviously rookie bartender that Bud Light is not Budweiser. He insisted on me drinking the draft and started pouring again. "No" again and he understood. I asked for a "high test" bottle and moved along. We didn't have a very good relationship after my lesson. Overall, maybe I'd go again if the right band was playing. But there's far more better places for my money.More
Great atmosphere! Nice wine list! Super delicious food! In the area for business, Building 24 was recommended by client (also regulars) and the food was delicious. Highly, highly recommend!
The food is great! I love the outside patio! Joe is the best server! He knows my cocktail preference before I even can ask for it! I visit at least once a week! The lamb chops and caprese salad are just some of my favorites!
Stopped in on a Friday night at 8:30. Told it was a 45min wait but yet got seated right away. (Bonus!) That's when the wait started. Sat there for 25mins, never saw a server. Seemed like bartender was waiting tables. Really? On a Friday night....Got up and left after 30mins. Passed the two hostesses on their iPhones on the way out. Guess they were too busy to attend to customers. Third time we had a bad experience. And as they say, 3 strikes you're out. Way too many other places around for Bldg 24 to have crappy service.More
Our three generation family went to the Bldg. 24 Kitchen & Bar to have a birthday meal without going to a show. If I had been alone I would have walked out. They had two musicians so loud that our waiter apologized as he yelled...to us. It was even too loud for our teen aged grandson and that's saying a lot. We were early in the evening but soon the room was totally packed with little space to walk between the tables and the bar. With the hard surface walls it was like being inside a torture box. That being said, we found the food to be gourmet and very interesting. So that made up somewhat for the surroundings. They had a number of specials in addition to the regular menu. So if you are deaf and like good food - go for it.More
Went on a Saturday night to see Roomful of Blues. Music was fabulous, dinner was delicious. Portions were fairly small but delicious. Can't wait to go again. What a great place for dinner and entertainment right in our own neck of the woods, Now we...don't have to travel to Philly for good music and dinner. Great things coming in the future, can't wait to go back.More
