There's a lot to be said for this training restaurant where the 8-to-1 faculty student ratio emphasizes training behind the scenes as well as in the public venue. Penn College Culinary School is the place to train in Culinary Science. Wine cellar is in creditable! Cuisine is a total delight.

We enjoy Sunday brunch there whenever it s available. The Culinary students are involved in the prep, presentation and delivery of food. It is WONDERFUL. The atmosphere is very relaxing.

When i was taking CTE culinary classes in school i went here a few times for a tour and a 5 course meal. Tried some new things no complaints. I'm very impressed that it is mostly college students working the restaurant.
