Excellent food, excellent presentation. A bit pricey, but you expect to pay top dollar for a great meal.

I was astonished at the previous review in August 2013. Perhaps it was the first week of school or an off day or a disgruntal reviewer? i have eaten at the CIA in Hyde Park which is yes wonderful but find Le Jeune meals highly comparable and bet if you gave choice entrees to an expert, they would not be... There's a lot to be said for this training restaurant where the 8-to-1 faculty student ratio emphasizes training behind the scenes as well as in the public venue. This active training is fascinating to observe and helps rather than hinders excellence in all phases of meal preparation and service. The food selection is imaginative and, on the whole, tasty and... More

My wife and I visited this restaurant for lunch with high expectations. We were underwhelmed to say the least. Service was slow, the staff was nervous and unprepared. Staff were wearing uniforms more fitting "Mel's Diner", they were sloppy and soiled. We sat at table by an outside wall and there was a dead bug on the carpet, missed when... More

We've eaten at Le Jeune Chef 4-5 times and have always had a good experience. Most recently, we went for our Valentine's Day dinner (a day early) and ordered off the regular menu, which changes seasonally. My husband got the "student inspiration" appetizer, which was a lightly deep-fried caprese salad. It was inventive and very good. I had a delicious... More

while not all that easily accessible, this affiliate to the culinary-arts school at the local community-like college offers a wide variety of meals in progress, served by folks who are almost embarrassing in their eagerness to please... worth the difficulty of collegiate logistics

Attended a residency breakfast buffet at Le Jeune Chef. The food was quite good, and the staff very friendly and efficient. I especially enjoyed my conversation with one of the chefs regarding their wine collection. While it is hard to judge a place on breakfast, I would love to go back and try a real meal - the location was... More

We enjoy Sunday brunch there whenever it s available. The Culinary students are involved in the prep, presentation and delivery of food. It is WONDERFUL. The atmosphere is very relaxing.

Had an excellent dinner with my wife there this past Saturday night. The menu changes daily so go to their website to see what that night's menu is (and to see if they are even open). We started off with their wild mushroom potstickers and their seared scallops. Both of these were very good. We also ordered a bottle of... More
