Nice place. Had the Reuben sandwich which was excellent. The salads are pretty good size. Will come back for another lunch, for sure.

Good food, I liked the vib. I had lunch here. Also, great service. Another perk was that there was parking! This is not always the case for restaurants in this area. Close to the Museum.

Third and Spruce is a Berks County local spot. It has a huge verity of beers on tap; but I highly recommend the most is Third and Spruces Mexican fries. They are the best Mexican Fries by far in Berks!

Went on a Tuesday night. Extensive menu with lots of choices, and daily specials Extensive beer list. Pricey though. Food was ok. Shrimp Cocktail was perfect (cocktail sauce was good). My Filet came out med rare (I ordered it med) and when I cut into it it smelled kinda funny and had an odd taste to it. Bread and Salad... More

We always enjoy ourselves everytime we come here. It has good food along with a good beer list. In the summer, they open up the front area for outdoor seating. They have plenty of tvs with always a sports game on tap. The staff is friendly and the place is usually filled with locals.

We waited one hour and 20 minutes between time of order and arrival of food and they still managed to mess up one of four orders. Slow. Verrrry slow.

ate late lunch which was filling & tasty. Looks like a great venue to view sports on their aptly placed TVs while eating delicious Mexican fries. Give it a try!

Great food and nice atmosphere. They ran out of the dessert I'd told the waitress I was dying to try just before we ordered it. Most waitresses are great there but our last experience was not so good!

I travel to Reading for work regularly. I always get to Third & Spruce at least once per visit. It's a comfortable neighborhood bar / restaurant where I can feel comfortable alone or with co-workers. I almost always get the mediterranean platter but co-workers have enjoyed the burgers, crab cakes, salads and other dishes. The service is friendly and the... More
