Dilworthtown has been around forever, which tells you something. The setting is serene and traditional. The food is very good; however it is overpriced. Compared to other restaurants in West Chester area, you'd be better spending your money elsewhere UNLESS you prefer a very calming atmosphere, someplace to get engaged.

This is a first class dining experience. The food is delicious and the service is impeccable. Everything just remains excellent.

The bad - very little menu accommodation for our grand-daughter. In previous visits, the D'town Inn satisfied virtually every request. Not on this recent visit, although the server tried, management prevailed and "the new Chef" would not allow certain requests. The petite filet they finally came up with as an alternative (thanks to the server) for the young lady was... More

I have been coming here for years. And, it only gets better. I think it's some of the customers that ruin it. My favorite time of year is late spring. Or, early fall. We love to have a cocktail outside in the old stalls and then head in for a nice romantic dinner. Over the years this Resturant has gone... More

Had dinner last night with my wife and two children. My 16 year old son wanted to have dinner in a cosy old inn sitting near a fire. The Dilworthtown Inn offered that and more. We have dined at this inn several times over 30 years, and it is always a wonderful dining experience. Several roaring fireplaces (we sat right... More

Don't have any intentions of going back to the restaurant again. That was 10 years ago. Too many better restaurants that appreciate your business.

When you want good food, a fabulous atmosphere, and wonderful service, go to Dilworthtown Inn. It has a nice little bar, to enjoy a drink before dinner, fireplaces that warm a winter's night, and just a really nice feeling. The food is always good, and there are many choices.

This is one of my favorite places in the West Chester area. We will be there again on March 12th with a party of 5. It is top shelf with waiters in black tie, expensive but worth it.

The food was exceptional. The parking lot was full and my husband had to drop me off and wait until someone left. The piles of snow did not help either. There were several spaces taken by the snow. Maybe next time won't be a headache to try to find a place to park.
