Good Home Town Burger Joint

At Billy Burger you'll get a real hamburger (not frozen puck) fried on the grill with whatever toppings you want. From a fried egg to the standard bacon, lettuce and tomato. The fries are good too. Unlike most little burger joints there is also a decent place to sit and eat with your friends or... read more

Billy and Sally, former Chefs, started this great fast food, but healthy and creative locally sourced emporium of soups, sandwiches, and an assortment of fresh baked treats from brownies to apple cake created by former Pastry Chef, Sally.

I started coming to Billy Burger about a year ago after a recommendation from my brother. I very much enjoy the burgers at Jakes and Five guys but I feel they all have a very similar product, reminiscent of fast food. This burger is different. The bun is perfect in proportion to the above average size of the patty, which... More

Our burgers were good, but expensive. $7.95, that includes 3 toppings, but even tomato is an extra 50 cents. Sign on the register about paying cash, due to how credit card companies have doubled their fees and treat small businesses. It was a dreary night, the place was empty, the woman behind the register was cheerless - though the man... More

When it comes to convenience food, I look first to pizza and cheesesteaks - but who doesn't enjoy a good burger? My long-standing favorite burger was the monster ones featured at Rossi's Tavern in Trenton, NJ (since relocated to suburban Hamilton Twp). I had one recently, and it was good but not amazing. For a while, I've been hearing the... More

I enjoyed my first visit here a few months back and took my wife for the first time for a quick lunch at this lunch spot with her eager to taste the food I had raved about. We walked in to a restaurant with 2 people dining inside and 4 seated outside all with their meals already served. To our... More

I decided to try Billy Burger today instead of going to Wawa like I usually do. I was in the mood for a burger and I saw a sign saying they had the best ones in West Chester. The girl at the register asked if I was familiar with their place and I said no. She wasn't terribly hopeful after that... More

We go to Billy's at least once a week. The food is delicious - burgers are fantastic. Moroccan lentil burger is another fave. They offer soups and many creative burger combinations. Sally, Bill's wife, bakes a variety of desserts and they are all are amazing. Not only is the food great, but it's fun to go to Billy's. The owners... More

Stopped in for a late Friday take out after hearing about the location. The owner/chef was very pleasant and engaging while he worked the grill. He offered up some tasting of some his sauces. I had a specialty burger which was huge and juicy. Cash is preferred so come prepared. Strawberry shortcake for dessert was also delicious. Will absolutely be... More
