Nice draft beer selection and good food too

Nice selection of microbrews. Everyone says they have great cheese steaks, but I'm from Philly and the last thing I want is a cheese steak so I had catfish. Pretty good. I thought the Cajun seasoning was too salty, but is don't use much salt and I probably shouldn't have ordered Cajun seasoning... read more

Nice selection of microbrews. Everyone says they have great cheese steaks, but I'm from Philly and the last thing I want is a cheese steak so I had catfish. Pretty good. I thought the Cajun seasoning was too salty, but is don't use much salt and I probably shouldn't have ordered Cajun seasoning. Darling wife had mussels with marinara, the... More

After a long day biking from Corning our group was ready for some food to sink our teeth into. This place fit the bill perfectly. Burgers, chicken and good-old-american bar food with a ton of beer on tap. The owner came out and chatted with us for a while and told us about the place and his soon-to-open brewery across... More

Not knowing when they closed it turned out we arrived about 5 minutes before they stopped serving dinner but we were still welcomed in and ordered our meal. I had the Philly Cheesesteak and I must say it was the best Cheese steak EVER!!!!! My husband had the fish and he said it was wonderful as well. The owner came... More

Crab dip and half moon burger. Yum! The crab dip had more crab than I've ever had in a dip. It was delicious, however there could have been more bread to put it on. But, it's ok, our burgers came with homemade chips that we used for dipping. Everything was delicious and the owner walks around and talks to everyone.... More

I have always had a delicious meal. It is worth the time and money, and the atmosphere is great, too!

Whenever we visit Wellsboro we make it a point to eat lunch at the Wellsboro House. Great food, decent prices and the owner comes out and greets you and asks you how the food was. Not too many places do this! I had the overstuffed white fish poor boy, the wife had the blue cheeseburger. You don't go away hungry,... More

Visited here after we were turned away from another "bar and grill". Because we had children under 18. Very happy that happened. We were able to bring the boys, watch the lacrosse championship game. We asked if we could get the game on one of the many tvs and without hesitation we were accommodated. Food was amazing, hot and fast.... More

This adorable little restaurant is also a brewery...always a plus for me! They have plenty of good craft selections on tap besides their own offerings. The owner is usually there welcoming guests and catching up with the regulars. I sit at the bar and usually have good conversation with folks vacationing or temporarily in the area for work because the... More

The food was good, not outstanding. Good portions. The house made chips that come with the burgers were different but positively delicious! Huge beer sections including on-site brews. Happened to be there when a band was playing. Pleasant atmosphere.
