I didn't think that the homemade bagels were anything special. We also got sandwiches for our ride and they were so very average considering how people in town talked about the place. Not a traditional breakfast place. It was very interesting to see many of the locals coming in and out.

We walked in at 3:30 on a Monday afternoon. The staff didn't look very pleased - they close at 4:00. The menu boards take a bit of time to look over - there are so many options. We ordered 2 take out sandwiches which were both very good. The toasted sunflower seed bread on my husband's sandwich was very nice.... More

Dropped in on our way to Buffalo. The place was clean and the girl behind the counter friendly. We only wanted a light lunch so we split the Packer Park turkey sandwich. It was very well done, tasty and filling. The menu board looked interesting. We recommend this for a nice lunch stop.

Stopped by twice while in Wellsboro. The food was delicious. The service was excellent. Prices very reasonable. Not a fancy place but I want to go back. If you are ever in Wellsboro, worth the trip

We recently tried out The Native Bagel for the first time while visiting Wellsboro. It's a cute little place with spectacular food and service. Ariel waited on us and was very pleasant and friendly. I ordered the NWBT? I believe was the name. It was a delicious tunafish sandwhich with tomato, cucumber, and spinach on their own homemade wheat bread... More

Visited here twice this week after a long absence. First time food was excellent, and although I requested some changes to how the special was served there was no problem. Returned today, ordered the exact same food in the way. The order was taken with no problem. However, when the meal was served there was a different type of bagel... More

In this age of chain bagel shops, it was great to get great home made bagels early on a Sunday morning.

I have to agree with the poster who said the food is bland and overly expensive. It is. We stopped in for breakfast on our way out heading for home. The breakfast sandwiches were just okay, nothing to rave about. The coffee was very good and the service was pleasant enough. I find it odd that they ask for tips... More

Stopped in for a late lunch (just before closing) on Sunday. The shop was occupied, but not extremely busy, although there were a fair amount of people coming in for takeout orders. It took a little while to look through all of the choices; wide variety and some unexpected sandwich combinations. Settled on some homemade soup and open-faced bagel sandwiches.... More

Great place to stop for lunch. Huge and unique sandwiches, homemade soups, amazing desserts and of course delicious bagels. Atmosphere quaint and walls always covered with local art or photography for sale.
