The chicken was just the right moisture content , some US Persian restaurants tend to have their food too dry, this cafe has it just right. Rice and sumac were authentic favors, staff are fun and engaging, trying to get you to try more variety. Great alternative to a fancy restaurant, you get your food fast and it's a clean... More

I love going here to get a to-go falafel sandwich. The bread is excellent and the falafel is quite good as well. Reasonably priced and you get a side salad (about 8 different sides to choose from such as garden salad, fruit salad, pasta salad) to go with it. Atmosphere is very basic strip-mall seating, not a place you'd go... More

This is not your usual kabob place. They have BBQ chicken kabobs and kabobs with buffalo wings sauce for example. I ordered the Doner Kabob (gyro) sandwich. The bread was excellent and the meat was okay - not very spiced so a little bland. However, instead of the usual yoghurt sauce, the sandwich had lettuce, tomato, pickles and a sort... More

I am so speechless about how wonderful this place is, but the food was amazing the service was great and the atmosphere was very clean even tho they had a full dining room... The girl that waited on me had dark hair she was the reason why I actually stayed and ended up ordering 5 platters because of her warm... More

My first order lasted FIVE meals. I first learned about Kabab Cafe from an ad in a local circular (The Clipper). I've never had Persian food specifically, but I'm a lover of middle eastern cuisine so I figured, "It has to be close!" (And it is.) I have to say for starters that whoever answered the phone was so courteous...my... More

I was searching for a restaurant while here from out of town. Reviews of this restaurant were good so decided to take a chance. It should be noted somewhere that this isn't a sit-down restaurant, in fact you order at a counter over the deli case and the food is brought to you on paper plates. The food itself is... More

This was a first for me - as far as Persian is concerned. The food was very delicious, simple but wonderful seasonings. I have no complaints except for the pricing. I'll be back next year! Prices, at least I thought, are a bit high however the quality of the food was exceptional! Though it is not a place you can... More

MMMMmmmm! I just finished my lunch of Baba Ganoush and baby carrots. I'm at work..but got this to take out from Kabob Cafe. I'm gonna tell you a bit about this, Kabob Cafe, my favorite local place. First of all, the family who owns this place, and the staff are great. Far is so friendly as is everybody else. Always... More

No fireworks the evening we were there. Everything seemed to be running smoothly, staff was polite and helpful and cooperative, and they even offered us a small sample of the rice bowl. Walking by the front of the Kabab Cafe one might think it is a semi fast-food restaurant in a strip mall and walk on. That might be a... More
