One of our favorite places for dinner. Reasonably priced, good food and service. Always end up taking food home since the portions are so big. Excellent fish fry on Friday night's.

We stopped in at another's recommendation. We ordered "the days special" Chicken n' biscuits. You'd think it'd be quick and easy on the kitchen, hmmm! maybe the cooks out on a smoke break. The couple who came in behind us came in, was served and left, while we sat and waited~ 1 hour. We left asked the price for two... More

We stopped for lunch on our way to a weekend getaway. The menu was expansive but not expensive. Sandwiches were delicious and portions very generous. The eclectic decor was fun along with the holiday decorations. Enjoy!

If you are a fan of chain restaurants, this may not be your cup of tea. But if you enjoy a "home cooked" meal, then definitely stop by. Sugar N Spice is housed in an historic hotel in the small town of Waterford. It is decorated in rustic, folksy decor. The menu is large and varied....I have never had a... More

You don't want to miss stopping at this historic 1826 hotel now owned by the Fort LeBoeuf Historical Society. The Society currently leases the building as an excellent Amish style restaurant known as "Sugar and Spice". The food is outstanding and extremely economical. How about 2 large pork chops, mashed potatoes, home made stuffing, rolls, and salad with homemade dressing... More

Our Saturday breakfast group decided to go somewhere different & we chose "Sugar & Spice" This was a nice break from our usual breakfast buffet place. It is in an historic hotel which was built in 1826, so the building reflects the style and appearance of a bulding of that era without the inconviences of early 19th century structure. There... More

This lovely little hidden Gem is a must try at least once! There are many things to choose from, and everything is hand made and fresh from the farm.

You won't leave hungry. Crowded seating area and brightly lit. Good for people who want a lot of homestyle cooked food. Not my kind of place but would go if others wanted to. Great for people who like that kind of down home cooking and their popular desserts. You won't leave hungry.
