Always the best traditional Italian

We have been going to Angelo's for years. We love their food and atmosphere in the restaurant. The wait staff are all very professional and attentive. I think this is the only restaurant that I have ever had a nice size glass of wine. Most places give you a tiny glass of wine for around $7 or $8 but Angelo's... More

We were heading to WashPa yesterday evening for dinner before the Steeler game and noticed the billboard on route19 for Angelo's. We decided to go there instead of our original destination and we were glad that we went!! My husband judges a restaurant by their lasagna and he said it was delicious. The salads and homemade creamy Italian dressing were... More

Meat sauce should actually have MEAT in it. I found with my fork maybe five little crumbles which I pushed to the side to show the bartender. She had no response except for her sourpuss expression necause we weren't THRILLED to be there paying outrageous prices for mere pennies worth of pasta. News for Angelo's...MANY of the locals have told... More

I am first of all wondering why someone who dined in September is writing such an angry review in January. Seems odd to me. Nothing in our restaurant is skimpy. Human error would be the only issue. The human error in this episode is that the bartender failed to follow protocol and FIX the problem with the Manager. I would... More

Angelo's offers a large menu with a wide array of offerings. Every one of which that we ordered was excellent. Service was good. Our party included the 8 year old daughter of one of our group of 3 guys. The waitress immediately befriended her. The food was definitely well made. If you like gelato, I'd recommend a double scoop bowl... More

We decided to travel only 4-5 hours our first day on the road and that is what had us overnight in Washington, PA. We went to the front desk of our hotel and were advised to try Angelo's for dinner. Yes, we had to drive about 2 minutes and the restaurant was hidden behind a plaza but sure glad we... More

We have had consistent good service and good food. The $4 salads that accompanied our meals were a perfect size. The dinner portions were large and were wrapped and carefully labeled by our server.

We had really built up an appetite shopping at the outlets but wanted local fare. Angelo's fit the bill fabulously! Fried zucchini thin and crispy! Best chicken parm! Certainly will plan on stopping the next time in Washington!

I took my family to Angelo's while visiting Washington, based on TripAdvisor reviews. We were not disappointed. The menu was extensive and the food was delicious. My only minor complaint was that the bread was not warm. Our server was friendly and attentive. This was a Saturday evening and we did notice that when we left there was a wait,... More

We used to love this restaurant when it was in a smaller location in town. In our opinion their growth led to their downfall. They used to serve exceptional food with exceptional service. Now? Not so much. Especially for the prices....we get better Italian food and better service at the national chain Italian restaurant (you know the one.) It's a... More

I have tried for two weeks not to respond to this but sometimes I just can't help myself. I can't believe people are allowed to write things with no basis in fact. Angelo's is not suffering from a DOWNFALL. Our sales have increased every year since we opened. The complaints my manager or I get for bad service are at... More
