I am stymied as to why Yangming, about two miles away in Bryn Mawr, has been called the best Chinese restaurant in the U.S., when Azie on Main far outshines it. Everything about Azie, from its modern, upscale decor, to its service and, of course, its Asian-fusion fare, is far superior. I looked around and noticed a heterogeneous crowd. There... More

This is our second visit, having been here more than 10 months ago. Food is consistently good with a selection of Asian inspired brunch...nigiri and sushi rolls, siomai, chicken teriyaki...alongside bagels, croissants, etc. Fried rice with Kobe beef is very tasty combined with a moist chicken teri-yaki. Tuna, salmon and white fish nigiri sushi are all fresh and constantly refilled.... More

Lack of comfortable chairs, seats of chairs are too low for tables, but mostly the quality of the food has fallen down: overcooked shrimps, horrible Brussel sprouts, a disappointment. I guess that if I went back, I would not venture into prepared dishes, but stick to the raw bar items...

Visited for lunch and experienced poor service, small serving of Seaweed Salad, mediocre sushi all for a high price. Will not go again unless we hear it is, as it was in it's early days.. god again!

I have been here twice in 1 year. I went on a first date here in Oct 11 and it was an amazing dinner. From the appetizers to the entree, the food was prepared to the highest standards and was delicious. In total, dinner costed about $120. I returned 1 year later, Oct 7, 2012 for brunch and I could... My wife and I ate at Azie last week and were so impressed we went back last night. Both times the food has been excellent. The atmosphere is very comfortable and the internal noise well buffered. The waitstaff was very attentive and friendly. The restaurant is in a great location directly off Rt. 476 and Lancaster Ave. Azie offers ample... More

We went to Villanova to visit my son, and wanted to find a place that could appeal to the 4 of us. This place fit the bill! My husband and I started with a cucumber martini which set the tone for the meal, smooth and delicious! We all shared the sweet potato fries, tempura calamari, and edamame. Everyone was pleased... Sometimes a place surprises you. This is fine looking restaurant that looks upscale and polished. And often looks are somewhat misleading. In this case, the value proposition is aligned with the ambience the restaurant has sought to create. The service was prompt and not overbearing. Our waiter was very helpful in the selections - particularly for some of the people... More

Beautiful atmosphere, attentive service with very nice, reasonably lunch specials. Soup and salad came with the platter and you have a choice from a selection of rolls or sushi which was fresh and tasty. It's a little hard to find at the back of a small shopping center behind what was a grocery store but worth the hunt-just follow the... More

Azie is always regular to its quality of cuisine and of atmosphere. When the weather permits, a nice outdoor eating court is open. Inside, the decor is without mistake and select, with beautiful woods for counters, central table, special romantic niches, perfect lighting, good acoustic. The cuisine though is my main interest in this restaurant with a very good choice... More
