Awesome Dinner

We've been coming here every August for 10 years and always have great food. French Onion Soup is awesome. I've enjoyed a variety of the dishes.

Good restaurant for an average meal--the food/pricing/service are average. The wings and cheesesteaks are nice. What you would expect for this type of restaurant. The decor may be interesting for people--lots of country style decor (hunting, trapping, etc). Nice place to go for a meal when skiing at Elk Mountain (is very close!).

Every time we visit, the food is always good. The service is subpar. On our last visit, my husband and I considered not even returning again because of the young waitress/bartender's terrible attitude. We had her once before when we were with a group of friends sitting in their back room (adjacent to the bar)& she was extremely rude. If... More

Food was good but service was slow. Didn't think choices were that good. Loved the scene of the restaurant though.

Thoroughly enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Very nice "local" restaurant. Very close to Elk Mountain Ski Lodge

This review is long overdue.. since it's now summer and we ate at Candlelight Inn while skiing. But.. I was sorting receipts and found the business card.. which brought back great memories. We were staying at a cabin near Elk for a ski weekend. This was our first time back in the area in a while and our recollection was... More

After so many years of being a geat palace with low prices, good food and large portions, the owner deided to raise the pirces, and the increases are noticable. Now the pirces are the same as the gourmet menu at Stone Bridge Inn.

We were here for my daughter's 11th birthday dinner. She saw the menu online and picked it. So glad she did! It's a combination bar restaurant with a country/hunter's paradise theme. It's very down home atmosphere with stuffed game mounted on the walls-very cool! They have a large menu which sometimes makes me a little leary but everyone at our... More
