Best Food in Tunkhannock

It's a very relaxed atmosphere. Small tables with cushy chairs. The staff are friendly. You can expect the service to be fairly slow paced as well. They had a mix of clientele from families to couples to older folks. It was arranged so the families would be away from the couples. The food was... read more

On our way to Creekside Gardens, my friends and I stopped at Tioga Bistro for breakfast. It had a casual, coffee house feel and the waitress was very friendly and helpful. The menu wasn't huge, but had something for every taste. There were 2 specials which were Oven Baked French Toast and Quiche with a Carroll Garden side salad (mixed... More

We go there everyday either for breakfast before our work day or after work wind down. My associates and I eat lunch there often, it's a busy popular place, so when I see a review saying the meat is bad - I just think this person is just being mean or deliberate. The Bistro turns so much food so fast... More

Great spot to have coffee with friends, quiet, tables and comfy chairs. Never rushed, so you can "do lunch" or coffee and have a nice chat. Delightful small quiet spot. Outdoor seating in the summer. Great quiche!!

The Tioga Bistro quickly established itself as our preferred café in Tunkhannock. The opening hours were convenient, the atmosphere was inviting, and the selection of soups, sandwiches, and salads was sufficient to keep us happy over a few days in town. Some extra little touches may have helped, such as slightly fresher coffee and refills without asking, but most things... More

My husband loved the coffee. We both had delicious meals. Try the muffin pancakes stuffed with pb and the pumpkin steamer!
