Cute cafe right downtown

This is a quaint cafe right beside the Prince Hotel. They serve light breakfasts in the morning and espesso and cappucino. The interior is clean, eclectic/rustic and service is friendly. Their cappucino is a little weak so order with an extra shot of espresso. Breakfast is mostly toast, bagels and waffles and is a nice change from greasy spoon restaurants.

This is the best restaurant with the best sandwiches, soups and salads. It is very quaint. The service is wonderful! They really make you feel at home. I especially love the half sandwich and half salads on the menu. The desserts are fabulous, too.

The Bistro has it all... warm atmosphere, expresso for a pick-me-up, hot chocolate to relax, and fresh, healthy, and unique sandwiches and salads. I've been going here for years and have never been disappointed. I recently had an egg salad and avocado sandwich and was blown away by the freshness and flavor. I later discovered that they make it fresh... More

The Bistro is an amazing place! I visit it quite frequently due to the accommodating atmosphere! I've enjoyed business lunch with Co workers and time alone to read with a delicious latte! Absolutely love the workers and the food! Very great place to stop and relax!

I was recommended this place by some friends for a new place to get a salad for lunch. I was expecting a normal iceberg and plain chicken dish, but I was blown away. The mixed greens were fresh and flavorful. The chicken was freshly cooked and seasoned perfectly. The service was warm and inviting! I've been back several times and... More

Went for lunch with friends and we all had great sandwiches. This is really a coffee joint but they do have a nice lunch menu. They do take a really long time to make the food but it is worth the wait. Interior is funky and clean. The have a few tables outside on the sidewalk. The Ruben made with... More

My husband and I stopped here for a quick bite to eat on a Saturday afternoon. I ordered the ruben, but asked that the turkey be changed to pastrami. They accommodated me immediately and the sandwich was great! The flavored iced teas were delicious, and the service was prompt and friendly. I would highly recommend Tioga Bistro if you are... More

We went to the Tioga Bistro for the first time for lunch yesterday & it was the perfect ending to our adventure for the day! We couldn't decide on which of the 2 daily special soups to try, so we ordered both & by the end of the bowls, we loved both so much we couldn't decide which was best!... More

It's a very relaxed atmosphere. Small tables with cushy chairs. The staff are friendly. You can expect the service to be fairly slow paced as well. They had a mix of clientele from families to couples to older folks. It was arranged so the families would be away from the couples. The food was delicious! We had crab bisque, the... More
