The Tioga Bistro quickly established itself as our preferred café in Tunkhannock. The opening hours were convenient, the atmosphere was inviting, and the selection of soups, sandwiches, and salads was sufficient to keep us happy over a few days in town. Some extra little touches may have helped, such as slightly fresher coffee and refills without asking, but most things... More

My husband loved the coffee. We both had delicious meals. Try the muffin pancakes stuffed with pb and the pumpkin steamer!

While on antiquing jaunt I was taken here by a local. I had the El Torro sandwich - roast beef, carmelized onions and horseradish, etc on ciabatta bread. Yum. You can tell the food is prepared by someone who is paying attention to what they're doing. They serve chips and dip as an accompaniment - unusual but fun. They have... More

Tioga Bistro has become one of Tunkhannock's go to places for coffee and a nice sandwich/soup or quiche for lunch or light dinner. The staff is friendly and efficient. I'm a regular for coffee and at least once a week find myself eating lunch there with a friend or by myself. They've added some new lunch items so it's worth... More

They have the most comfortable chairs to sit in while eating. The food is good and the prices are right. I don't think they serve alcohol, so that is the only drawback.
