This was by far our worse restaurant visit in a long time. We chose a high top bar seat hoping to get in and out in no time. We waited for our waiter/waitress for 10-15 minutes and would still probably be waiting if I didn't ask one passing by to help us. She kindly took our table from whoever was... More

I had brisket and you get 2 sides. Good service and plenty of side options. Decent brew selection. Probably had 10 or so domestic imports and crafts on tap.

We don't have a Smokey Bones near us so whenever we travel and there's one in the area we can't wait to get there! This restaurant as a whole goes over and beyond to please you. I am a member of the bones club which you can earn rewards for free dinners. My husband and I were going to Pittsburgh,... More

Smokey Bones is my fall back restaurant when I can't figure out where else to go. Servers are friendly, drinks are plentiful, and most of the time, the steaks are perfect. I have been disappointed the last two times I have been there though. My one steak was total gristle and fat, and underdone, and the second one was so... More

We had given up on Smokey Bones about three years ago when the ribs and barbeque had hit an all time low. But, to our surprise, the four of us ended the meal saying to each other, "that was delicious." We had the pork tenderloin with the chipolte barbeque sauce, the smoked chicken breast with the french fried onions and... More

Enjoyed the food, they also offer up many different types of BBQ sauce at your table (similar to how IHOP offers different pancake syrups) to provide you with many options for your bbq taste experience. I liked the KC one the best but the Carolina bbq sauce was good too. Very friendly service and fast on getting the food out.... More

We stopped at noon on a Monday, business was rather slow. Staff was busy in the back eating off one plate, not sure what they were munching on but they were all grabbing off the one small plate some had drinks too. (germs on their hands then our plates! yuck!) Service getting food was rather slow for as few customers... More

Good ribs and BBQ items on the menu. Our family sampled the ribs and pulled pork, both were done to perfection and quite tasty. Large menu with many options to choose from. Service was average at best. Wait staff was often seen joking around with each other or watching the multiple TV's throughout the restaurant...instead of taking care of waiting... More

Love the ribs and brisket. Pulled Pork is another great pick. Have your choice of sauces on the table to add as you like. Also wonderful shot desserts that are just enough after a big meal.

We’ve not been to a Smokey Bones because, frankly, there was nothing really that impressed us whenever we used to go there. As it’s been a while, we thought we’d try it out. In the end, we came away thinking we were right to avoid this franchise during the past couple of years. We arrived at 4.30pm on a Friday... More
