This is a very nice restaurant in the area. Great meals, good service, nice ambiance. One of the better restaurants in the area. Non-chain restaurant. Went here for our anniversary. I do recommend this restaurant to others. However, it is a little pricey. We would definitely come here more often if it was more reasonably priced. Good for celebrating special... More

The atmosphere was phenomenal, met the chief. Food was beyond my expectations. love the fire place. Price is steep. ( need to work on that) it's nice to have a 5 star dinning in the area.

The food is good, I don't like the dining area, the tables are too close to another and it is noisy.

Just left Stone Bar and once again had a phenomenal gourmet meal. The Poconos premiere restaurant that holds its own against any NY restaurant. Not to be missed when you want something truly special.

My husband I stopped in for a few drinks and appetizers on a Wednesday early evening. We had rock shrimp, beer battered shrimp, burger and fries with truffle mayo. Granted we had finger food, but it was really good. Nothing was greasy and the sauces served with the shrimp were delicious. The cocktails were also made to perfection. I had... More

The Stone Bar Inn is an occasional treat. The menu has something for everyone. Well, at least every omnivore, I'm not too certain about vegetarian selections. I always try to get something different and I've yet to be disappointed.

When we first moved to the Snydersville area in 1998, this was our "Go To" place. The food has always been very good but as soon as the popularity increased, so did the pricing Add desert ,drinks and tip and a dinner for 2 is quite expensive, especially for the area. We used to take the family there a few... More

Stopped for dinner on our way up to the Poconos-- assumed we'd be chowing down on pub-style food, but were surprised when the menu was more upscale. Made it work by ordering soup and appetizers. The mushroom soup and french onion soups were fantastic, as were the scallops we ordered. Seemed to have a great selection of beer, wine, and... More

My wife treated me to dinner at the Stone Bar Inn. I was skeptical because I'm a creature of habit and it was a new place for us. The food was excellent. It's pricey, but it's delicious. The desserts were outstanding. The service was nice and the place has a very rustic charm. Great for a romantic drive and night... More

The inside is low-lights which gives a romantic, quaint atmosphere. The food and service was excellent, but it is pricey. But you pay for the atmosphere.
